1 The 2016 summer is here and with it more options than ever for high school and youth players to improve their game! Camps are listed in chronological order over the course of the summer. Please visit the camp/clinics website for more information! *This information is not an endorsement of any club, camp or program. Summer Leagues Want to get out one night a week and work on your game during the summer? There are multiple locations around Portland and as far out as Hood River to get your weekly fix. Check out these options for summer league play! Tenacity Project (Youth & High School) Hood River Lincoln High School Wilsonville LaxNW (Youth & High School) Lake Oswego Tualatin Lincoln High School girls-summer Camps June 20-23: Finishline Lacrosse Camp (Youth and High School) Finish Line Lacrosse Camps, Powered by Under Armour, will be run by US Team Members, Tewaaraton Winners, National Champions, and All Americans. Finish Line Lacrosse Camp provides a top-level lacrosse experience for girls, focusing on every aspect of lacrosse from position specific, small sided drills and

2 game situations to fitness, nutrition, recruiting and getting mentally ready for a big game. Former Baltimore Ravens strength and conditioning coach James Rooths will hosts combine day on Wednesday of camp to improve campers speed. Marie McCool, UNC 2016 National Champion Team Member and US National Team Member, will be directing this camp action packed camp at Lakeridge High School. For More information: June 20-23: Lake Oswego Youth Camp Lacrosse Northwest is working in a partnership for the eighth year with Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation to offer this summer youth lacrosse camp for girls of all ages and abilities. We are providing our knowledgeable coaching staff to give participants the best lacrosse experience possible. For more information June 20-24: Wilson HS Summer Youth Camp Head Coach Courtney Bird will lead this new camp at the Wilson HS football stadium turf at 1151 SW Vermont Street in Portland from Monday, June 20 to Thursday, June 24 from 7 to 9 pm each night. The camp is open to rising 2nd graders through rising freshmen in high school. All levels are welcome and we can help source loaner equipment for newbies. The camp cost is just $60 for the 4-day week.

3 June 27-30: Awestruck Lacrosse Youth Camp Awestruck Lacrosse is bringing you a camp that will give you the skills to take your game to the next level. Directed by Amber Christensen Head Coach of Sunset s High s Varsity Lacrosse this camp will give you a variety of drills, game-like situations, and fun competitions to take your skills to the next level. Whether it s your first time picking up a stick, or you have played for a few years, you won t want to miss this camp jpg June 27 July 1: Holly Ziegler Girls Lacrosse Camp Holly Ziegler, head coach of St. Mary s Academy and 3d Oregon, offers Multnomah Athletic Club a week of lacrosse instruction and team play. Ziegler led the Blues to consecutive state championship titles in 2007 and A former collegiate All-American and All-Ivy League, Ziegler attended Dartmouth College. Ziegler was inducted into the Oregon Lacrosse Hall of Fame for her contributions to lacrosse as a player, coach and umpire. Games are built into this camp. Sticks and goggles are provided; players with their own equipment are asked to bring it. Campers must bring a mouthguard, water bottle and sunscreen with their name on it. 4 July 11-14: Wilsonville High School Summer Camp Advance your game and join us for four fun filled days of lacrosse summer camp! Camps run Monday-Thursday from 9-3pm. Our staff, will focus on teaching ground balls, dodging, shooting, defense, draw work, rules of the game, and more! Groups are age and skill level specific and are designed for players to develop new techniques, and enhance existing skills. July 17-21: Xcelerate Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp at Oregon State (Youth & High School) USSC is excited to partner with the Pacific University Head Women s Lacrosse Coach, Wynne Lobel. Oregon State features some of the newest athletic facilities on the west coast and the 577-acre campus boasts pristine outdoor recreation and provides an ideal location for our summer camp. OSU's housing accommodations are safe and comfortable after a long day on the lacrosse fields and at night, it s time to relax, play in the game room, participate in bowling night, or catch a movie with friends. July 18-21: 53 rd Avenue Community Park Girls Summer Camp: Hillsboro (Youth) Advance your game and join us for four fun filled days of lacrosse summer camp! Camps run Monday-Thursday from 9-3pm. 5 July 18-21: Oregon City Girls Youth Lacrosse Camp Join past and present Oregon City players (some of who have gone on to play NCAA women s lax) for the annual OC Youth Camps! 19.pdf July 25-28: University of Oregon (Youth & High School) Work with University of Oregon Coaches and players inside Autzen Stadium and Pape Field! August 2-5: Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp at George Fox (Youth & High School) USSC is excited to partner with the George Fox University Head Women s Lacrosse Coach, Natalie Harrington. Conveniently located only 25 miles from downtown Portland, OR the Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp at George Fox University offers an ideal camp location to improve your lacrosse skills this summer with great coaches, excellent weather and top notch facilities! OVERNIGHT OPTION AVAILABLE August 2-5: Lakeridge High School Summer Camp (Youth) Come join varsity coach Alex Byers for a fun filled camp providing an instructional day camp for grades 1-8! Goalie training, age groups, theme days, activities, and prizes all included. This camp is for new players to learn basic stick skills and the rules of the game and for experienced players looking to work
