The final bar tab is based on consumption and is paid by event host at end of event. Limited Host Bar Allows your guests to order from a specific selection of wines, beers and spirits that you have selected prior to start of event. The Final bar tab is based on consumption and is paid by event host at end of event. Cash Bar Requires guests to pay for their own alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks, iced tea and coffee are free of charge and included in all lunch and dinner menu packages.

7 Family Style Event Dining Thank you for considering Villa Italia Ristorante located on Mill River Park to host your event. We are a family restaurant that has been serving the Stamford, Greenwich, Darien and Westchester community since We can accommodate up to 100 guests to celebrate all types of occasions. Our staff will work with you to create the perfect menu and setting. Please fill out the form below to secure the time and date for your event. Warm Regards Everyone at Villa Italia! A $2, minimum before tax and gratuity for saturday & sunday lunch A $200 deposit is required to reserve the time and date for your event. It is non-refundable, but will be subtracted from your final bill. Tax 6.35% will be added to all event pricing. 20% Gratuity will be added to final bill. All events are for a maximum of 3 hours. Food service will start no later than 45 minutes after the starting time of the event. Menu selections are required 3 weeks prior to your event. A final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. Pricing will apply based on this number regardless if fewer guests are in attendance. Please alert the staff of Villa Italia Ristorante of any dietary restrictions or allergies in your party. Outside bottles of wine will be charged a $15 corkage fee per bottle. Outside Cakes will be charged a $1.00 per guest service charge. **Please note all items are subject to change at chefs discretion** Final payment is due the day of your event.
