Pursuant to the new provisions, the agreement shall specify the party whose responsibility it is to insure the leased good Termination of the Agreement The event of unsuccessful execution proceedings against the lessee is no longer preserved as grounds for termination. However, the lessee may terminate the agreement prior to its term in the event that the lessee or its enterprise to which the leased good is allocated is in the process of liquidation, unless the relevant financial lease agreement provides otherwise Further, provisions exist for termination on the grounds of non payment 8
