W E E K 1 MONDAY, JULY 12 - SUNDAY, JULY 18 CHEF BRUNO OTEIZA Restaurant Biko Chef Bruno Oteiza opened Biko in and has since opened two more restaurants - SIBAU in Monterrey, Mexico and GATXUPA in San Sebastián, Spain. He is constantly traveling between Europe and America and has established a bicultural way of life. MIXOLOGIST - CARLOS PINTOR At 33 years old, born in and currently in the city of Cancun, Carlos has worked more than 9 years in the hospitality industry focused behind the bar. He is currently a Bacardi ambassador in Riviera Maya after working with them since ARTISAN - GASTON GALLARDO Gastón Gallardo obtained a Bachelor s degree in 3D animation by the Latin American University. MIXOLOGIST - BOSE ECHEVERRIA Head Mixologist at Moet Hennessy México, Enrique has been awarded 1st place National Vodka Belvedere and 2nd place in the International 007 Martini contest. He has designed cocktails for brands such as Dior, Swarovski, Fendi, Sephora and Kenz. ARTISAN - FLORENCIA ESPINAL RAMIREZ Florencia creates artesanias in her family workshop with her husband and 3 kids. She has been awarded in both national and regional competitions and sells her work at the National Institute of Anthropologie and History, the Museum of Popular Art (MAP), and more.
