1 FREE SM Gift Pass 2 Promo Terms and Conditions 1. The Free SM Gift Pass Wave 2 ( Promo ) will run from November 1 to December 31, 2015 ( Promo Period ). The redemption period is Sundays and Mondays from December 20, 2015 to February 29, 2016 ( Redemption Period ). 2. The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi VISA Cards ( Card ) that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines ( Citibank ), are active and in good credit standing and with available credit limit, who received an SMS and/or from Citibank regarding this Promo ( Pre-selected Cardholder ), and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo. 3. A Pre-selected Cardholder who meets the minimum accumulated purchase requirement for each predetermined spend period, using his/her Citi VISA Card, within the Promo Period shall be entitled to redeem Free SM Gift Pass/es (the Premium Item ), as follows: Spend Period Required Minimum Accumulated Purchase Value of Free SM Gift Pass November 1-30, 2015 P 4,000 P 200 December 1-31, 2015 P 4,000 P The following existing and new transactions do not qualify for this Promo: Call for Cash transactions, Cash Advance availment, Balance Transfer availment, Balance Conversion transactions, Paylite transactions, Paylite After Purchase transactions, OneBill transactions, Online payments made via Citibank Online or mobile banking, Auto-debit enrolments, credit card fees and charges, and Split transactions. Split transactions are those that are made at the same store or establishment within the same day or those that are structured in such a way as to create unusual or abnormal transactions to enable the Pre-selected Cardholder to avail of the Premium Item, regardless of whether the transactions were not made at the same store or on the same day. Additionally, the following transactions will not be considered eligible for the promo: purchases made in casinos and at merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution (example: warehouse clubs, networking companies, multi-level marketing entities), and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded. 5. Cardholders who have met the qualifying requirements can redeem their free SM Gift Pass/es on the following dates : Coverage For qualified transactions for the period November 1 to 30, 2015 For qualified transactions for the period December 1 to 31, 2015 Redemption Dates Dec 20-21, 2015 Dec 27-28, 2015 Jan 3-4, 2016 Jan 10-11, 2016 Jan 17-18, 2016 Jan 24-25, 2016 Jan 31- Feb 1, 2016 Feb 7-8, 2016 Feb 14-15, 2016 Feb 21-22, 2016 Feb 28-29, 2016 Jan 17-18, 2016 Jan 24-25, 2016 Jan 31-Feb 1, 2016 Feb 7-8, 2016 Feb 14-15, 2016 Feb 21-22, 2016 Feb 28-29, Qualified purchases made on all of the Cardholder s Citi VISA Cards and its corresponding Supplementary cards are included in the Promo. The Supplementary Cardholder/s spend shall be aggregated with the Principal Cardholder s spend across all his/her VISA Cards in order to compute for the Principal Cardholder s Total Accumulated Spend. The Supplementary Cardholder spend shall not be entitled to earn any Gift Pass/es separate from the Principal Cardholder. Only qualified transactions using Cardholder s Citi VISA card/s will be considered in computing earned Gift Pass/es. Transactions using the Cardholder s other Citi non-visa card/s are not included in this promo. 8. The Supplementary Card is eligible for the promo only if the Principal Card is qualified. A Supplementary Cardholder whose Principal Cardholder is not qualified is not entitled to the promo offer, even if the Supplementary Cardholder has met the promo spend requirement. 9. The redemption process for the free SM Gift Pass at the Customer Service counters of selected SM Department Store branches will be as follows : The Pre-selected Cardholder must have available credit limit and must not have any overdue payments The Pre-selected Cardholder must present his/her qualifying Citi Card together with the unique 6- Character Redemption Code contained in the advisory SMS and/or from Citibank for verification, when redeeming at the Customer Service counter of selected SM Department Store branches The Customer Service personnel will enter the Redemption Code into the Citibank online redemption system. The online system will then display the Pre-selected Cardholder s name, last 4 digits of his qualified Citi Card, and the number of Free P100 SM Gift Pass he/she can redeem.

3 The Customer Service personnel validates that the last 4 digits of the qualified Citi Card and Pre-selected Cardholder name shown on screen match the ones on the credit card presented. The Customer Service personnel writes down the Pre-selected Cardholder s name, last 4 digits of the qualified Citi Card, and the number of SM Gift Pass/es redeemed on the Acknowledgement Sheet. The Pre-selected Cardholder signs the Acknowledgement Sheet upon receipt of the SM Gift Pass/es, to signify completion of the redemption process. Representatives, even with a written authorization from the Pre-selected Cardholder, will not be allowed to redeem the Free SM Gift Pass/es for and on behalf of the Pre-selected Cardholder. 10. Use of the Free P100 SM Gift Pass is governed by the Terms and Conditions as written on the Gift Pass back panel. The Free P100 Gift Pass can be used at SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, SM Cinemas, SM Appliance, Ace Hardware, Crate & Barrel, Uniqlo, Forever 21, Watson's, Kultura Filipino, Sports Central, Levi's, Our Home, Pet Express, Savemore, Stefanel, Suiteblanco, Surplus Shop, The Body Shop, Toy Kingdom, Baby Company, Uno de 50, Waltermart Department Store, and other SM partner merchants. 11. The Free P100 SM Gift Pass offer is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions. 12. The Free P100 SM Gift Pass is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services. 13. All SM Gift Pass redemptions are final; no return or exchange of the Gift Pass/es will be permitted. The Preselected Cardholder is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates of the Gift Pass/es before redeeming the item/s. The Pre-selected Cardholder shall also be responsible for safekeeping the Gift Pass/es upon redemption; no replacement for lost Gift Pass/es will be permitted. Citibank and/or the merchant shall not be obliged to refund nor replace the Gift Pass/es once redeemed. 14. In case of dispute with respect to the Pre-selected Cardholder s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citibank s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Pre-selected Cardholder s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Citibank with the concurrence of DTI. 15. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the redemption of the Premium Item, or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Pre-selected Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the Premium Item/s to the Pre-selected Cardholder s Card account, at Citibank s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank. Per DTI-FTEB SPD Permit No Series of 2015 Free SM Gift Pass Wave for Citi Balance Transfer Terms & Conditions 1. The Free SM Gift Pass Wave for Citi Balance Transfer ( Promo ) will run from November 13 to December 31, 2015 ( Promo Period ). 2. The Promo is offered to a pre-selected group of principal Citi Cardholders whose cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. - Philippines, who are active and in good credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo. 3. A qualified Cardholder who avails and is approved for a Citi Balance Transfer of at least P60,000 at a month term in a single transaction shall be entitled to redeem Free SM Gift Passes worth P1,000 (the Premium Item ). 4. The qualified Cardholders who have met the qualifying transaction requirement may redeem their Free SM Gift Passes worth P1,000 on the following dates:

Each qualified Cardholder can only redeem one set of Free SM Passes worth P1,000 throughout the Promo Period, regardless of the number and amounts of Citi Balance Transfer transactions availed. 7. The redemption process for the free SM Gift Pass at the Customer Service counters of selected SM Department Store branches will be as follows : The qualified Cardholder must personally present his/her qualifying Citi Card together with the unique 6-Character Redemption Code contained in the advisory SMS and/or from Citibank for

5 verification, when redeeming at the Customer Service counter of selected SM Department Store branches The Customer Service personnel will enter the Redemption Code into the Citibank online redemption system (laptop). The online system will then display the qualified Cardholder s name, last 4 digits of his qualified Citi Card, and that he/she can redeem ten (10) Free P100 SM Gift Passes. The Customer Service personnel validates that the last 4 digits of the qualified Citi Card and qualified Cardholder name shown on screen match the ones on the credit card presented. The Customer Service personnel writes down the qualified Cardholder s name, last 4 digits of the qualified Citi Card, and signifies that ten (10) SM Gift Passes have been redeemed on the Acknowledgement Sheet. The qualified Cardholder signs the Acknowledgement Sheet upon receipt of the SM Gift Passes, to signify completion of the redemption process. In case a qualified Cardholder disputes the qualifying Citi Balance Transfer transaction, which results in the reversal of the transaction in part or in full, Citi reserves the right to charge the corresponding cost of the Premium Item to the Cardholder s account. 14. The terms and conditions of the Citi Balance Transfer Facility and the Citi Card Agreement will continue to apply. The terms and conditions of the product / facility availed of will be sent to the Cardholder s billing address once the availment has been approved. The Cardholder can also go to to view the complete Citi Card Agreement. 15. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the redemption of the Premium Item, or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the qualified Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the Premium Item/s to the qualified Cardholder s Card account, at Citibank s discretion. For the purpose of this Promo, any cancellation and/or pre-termination of the Citi Balance Transfer transaction will be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion.
