17 Window Assessments, Client Education Important to remember that it is the client s home and we need to respect their home, listen to their concerns. Does the client understand what is going to happen (finished product). Measures Portfolios (required in Colorado). Shows the finished product - color DP replacement, self storing storm, pin on storm. Should include all measures, just good practice.

Drill, various bits, ¼, 5/16 hex head, square, bowtie, Hammer, pry bar, utility knife, a wide chisel (removal of putty tape, pliers, caulking gun. May require circular, reciprocating saw, metal snips (aviation snips) be prepared (additional frame repairs). Follow manufacturers specifications Caulking for = metal or vinyl, clear, white putty tape not for vinyl
