5 5 Redtail Integration Jive s in-house development team strives to make our system compatible with business efficient applications such as Redtail, Outlook, Salesforce, Micros Opera, etc. The Redtail integration app allows jive customers to log into their Redtail account and access those contacts and records. When a Redtail contacts calls a Jive user the app will automatically display a notification window and give users an option to add call notes.
