Freedom to try things and fail. History, commitment to local community. Good training Fewer bureaucratic barriers to any innovative activity. More collaborative approach. Senior managers to come down to the shop floor and see first hand the hurdles & obstructions we have to overcome in trying to provide students with a first class experience. My immediate colleagues with whom I work on a day to day basis.
