Media send negative test through: Event Builder accreditation system or FIS Passport (in case you have it) LOC staff test days: 3-4 December 2020 at Ski Stadium Santa Caterina Valfurva General rules Health is the highest priority, that s why solidarity and individual responsibility are required. To take part to the event teams, LOC staff, media, First Aid members and all those involved in the event must prove negative result to COVID-19 test. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the number of accredited people will be limited. All nonaccredited people will not be granted access to event areas. Mask, distance and hygienic rules Always keep the mouth-nose protection mask and distance of 1 m. in all event venues, accredited zones, public areas and transports. Wash hands very frequently and use hand sanitisers. Change masks frequently. Hand sanitisers will be available at the several event venues but always take yours with you. Masks don t need to be worn in the following exceptional circumstances: o athletes in the warming-up area or after entering the start corridor o journalists and photographers in the media centre when sitting at their desk o during mealtimes The max. capacity of the gondola in reduced to 50% Journey to Santa Caterina Valfurva Don t travel to the venue with COVID-19 symptoms. Teams should avoid contacts with non-team members. Media should preferably travel with their own means of transport.

2 Team s accreditation Teams must upload a negative molecular (polymerase chain reaction PCR) test on FIS Passport platform. The test can t be older than 72 hours prior to the arrival to Santa Caterina Valfurva. Communicate name, mobile number and of the team representative and the team doctor to lorettapiroia@fisi.org Team members must bring along the completed FIS health questionnaire (see annex 1). According to the answers provided and if necessary, a rapid antigen test will be made at accreditation. Accreditations are issued only after all documents are checked at check-in point in front of the accreditation office. Accreditation is strictly personal and must be worn at all times. Media accreditation To participate to the event, all media must send prove of negative result to COVID-19 test. The test can t be older than 72 hours prior to the arrival to Santa Caterina Valfurva and must be sent through the Event Builder Accreditation system or FIS Passport system (in case you re already part of this FIS platform). Failure to do so will result in accreditations not being granted or revoked. In addition to the upload of your test, please remember to fill in the questionnaire on Event Builder or Fis Passport platforms. In order to get the accreditation, please show the confirmation received via through the Event Builder system once the Covid manager has evaluated and confirmed all data. Accreditation is strictly personal and must be worn at all times. Hotel Hotels for teams are booked from the official days of arrival (December 3, 2020) to the official days of departure (December 6, 2020). In case team members arrive earlier or leave later, please inform the LOC. Booked rooms are available only after accreditation. The check-in will be carried out by the team representative for all members. Every team member is required to stay at the hotel allocated for the time of the event. 3 Team local transfer to the event venue Use team vehicles for transport. Use only allocated and marked team parking spot. Team zones Stay only in the allocated and marked team zones. Only one companion is allowed for each athlete. Team zone is locked and open only to accredited individuals. Avoid direct contact to other teams, staff or press. Respect the interval between the athletes starts. Team Hospitality, start area and field of play are accessible only to authorised members with red armband. Award ceremony The ceremony is allowed only at the field of play and outdoors. No refreshments or other activities are allowed. Indoor and outdoor mixed zone An indoor mixed zone will be available at the bowling green next to Centro la Fonte (Via Magliaga 3) on December 4, from 3pm to 6pm. Teams are welcome to book their 30 minutes slot. Please, consider that the 5pm to 5.30pm plot is reserved to the Italian team All in-person interviews must be conducted in the indoor or outdoor mixed zone. The mixed zones have double fencing between athletes and journalists. Journalists must be equipped with suitable equipment (e.g., at least 1,5m selfie sticks or sticks) All microphones should have a plastic cover over the foam to be replaced after each interview. Journalists shouldn t speak into it. Photo zones Photographers won t a be able to enter the field of play to take photos of the ceremonies. Photos will be allowed from the photographers stands only.

4 Press centre There will be no press conferences. Hand sanitiser will be available, but journalists and media should take extra with them. A catering service will be available, but food must be taken to the personal desk. Journalists should limit their movements between the press centre and their hotel only. What happens in case of COVID-19 symptoms Immediately contact the LOC. Covid-19 Hotline: A nasopharyngeal swab will be performed. A positive result will be reported to the local health authorities. The positive case will be isolated (an isolation room is available). Declaration of contacts during the past 72 hours will be made. All people in current contact with the positive test carrier will have to self-isolate/selfquarantine and subsequently undergo a swab test Leisure time in Santa Caterina Valfurva Always respect anti-covid-19 measures, limit leisure activities and contacts. Final considerations By registering for this event, every team member confirms and accepts the content of this document entirely. The organizers will be employed to implement and to control the compliance with the anti COVID-19 guidelines. The LOC reserves the right to exclusion from the event and legal actions in case of noncompliance with these recommendations. The LOC reserves the right to perform necessary changes to this document according to the regionalnational evolution of the current situation. The changes will be announced immediately.
