Involved in conflict resolution management with undergraduate students, by arraigning regular meetings with undergraduate majors to keep informed of policies and routine audits of seniors for graduation including senior checkouts. Overseeing policies for clinic observation and participation in senior clinic for all undergraduate students. Liaison of Academic and Advising for new majors and minors in field including confirmation and assigning faculty mentors of each. Conduct midyear undergraduate focus group and survey of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, including analyzing and reviewing results with Chair, and preparing summary for entire faculty. Complete Summative assessment by preparing questionnaire for seniors and compile results for the Chair of the department. Develop and continuous revision of the Department Policies and Procedures Manual. Coordinator of the leveling program duties include Responding to inquiries about the leveling program, and determine leveling student policies and procedures. Collaborated with the Academic Technologies Group to pilot an electronic

Program is to be implemented for all students and faculty to use in late January 2016 Revised undergraduate curriculum in order to better align with the College of Arts and Sciences curricula. Held lecture for College of Arts and Sciences advisors to present department course changes, mentoring process and graduation requirements. Streamlined mentoring by creating an online filing program. Additionally, created a Powerpoint manual for faculty to use in mentoring sessions with students. Proposed and had approved at the Department level for minimum GPA for staying in the program be a 2.75 and that any grade below C in the major must be retaken to graduate. Extensive interactions and meetings with entire faculty and Kathleen Thatcher (Assessment Coordinator, SLU) concerning university charge to substantially revise our CSD Undergraduate Program Outcomes to align with the new University Undergraduate Outcomes, which is currently being held for final approval. Revision of the undergraduate curriculum and attaining approval from the College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Council Proposed and had approved by the faculty to revise undergraduate mentoring to group mentoring for freshman and sophomores in the major. Created the CSD ambassador program for undergraduate students including a guidelines and training protocols Collaborated the Saint Louis University Marketing and Communications which resulted in publications highlighting the renovations the Clinic and Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Additionally collaborated with Jeremy Nagle of College of Arts and Sciences Department to make two videos highlighting the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. An additional video was made that highlighted the undergraduate department and featured interviews of faculty and undergraduate students. Assist and organize information sessions every October for undergraduates to prepare them for applying to graduate school. Assist with the Director of the Graduate Program to organize an open house for potential graduate student candidates and 2016 Graduate Admission committee member Search committee member for the ECLC Coordinator faculty search position. Developed aural rehabilitation protocols for the Paul Reinert Speech- Language and Hearing Clinic Search committee member for Audiologist/Clinical Instructor faculty position. Fontbonne University Clinical Supervisor August 2013 to August 2014 Supervise graduate students at the Eardley Family Clinic overseeing a variety of
4 clients in the areas of fluency, articulation disorders, traumatic brain injury and speech and language delays. Hold weekly meetings with students to foster communication, evaluate progress and assist with planning for future therapy sessions.
