1 Social interaction Nowadays every presence and action during public events or meeting gains importance when shared through social network or every platform able to correlate picture or comments within a tailor made environment. The power of social network like Facebook, Twitter or instagram is maximised when interaction between subject is profiled into a custom container. In example the usage of Facebook platform during an event through custom software solution is the smartest way to make relationship between contents and people in a private environment; using the power of public platform to enrich a private/custom experience. There are several ways to achieve this result depending on customer target and event goals, following a short case history.

2 DRONES & ROBOTICS Voting System Scenario : Yearly competition of drones and robotics to assign totally 3 millions dollars prizes.

3 Main targets: Allow votes from several judges set in differents competition Deliver a certified system flow, in order to manage legal aspects Produce video output and its integration with video direction Report judging flow through web application, for client and collaborators Solution : We create the voting system for Drones For Goods and Robotics for Goods awards; judges could vote using a dedicated web app, while direction managed all data and display results for partial, semifinals and finals. Furthermore we added a web panel in order to check real time votation, and make sure all votes were verified and timestamped correctly, than our customer could monitor data flow using it s own login on our cloud server. Whole system is running on SSL certified system using latest encryption method, and can stream any kind of real time video output.

10 WebApp offers a summary of all the activities produced during the event, including a guestbook panel to give guests a last chance to communicate feedback to the promoters/press/customers

11 Director s seat shows full control over guest s activities, being able to moderate incoming messages and driving the correct data to the display s devices. We are able to receive messages from several social sources like facebook, twitter and any custom input.

12 Director abilities are also extended to communicate real time with moderators on stage, advising them through notes, chat or marking mechanism. Live chat allows a fast and easy communication tool reserver to all event coordinators

13 There s no limit to the number of panels/talk/sessions which can implement sevearl modules, like polls,keyword choices or custom votation.

14 Coordinators will have a tablet interface, allowing them to quickly analyze featured messages, drive discussion focusing the attention to the most relevant messages sent. This tool shows a full list of information like title/duration of the panel and what s currently on air. Any feature can be implemented to respect functionalities desired.

16 BMW MINI LAUNCH EVENT Main targets: Stimulate guests direct participation Create new following public for brand Facebook page Underline the "social network mode" of new MINI Solution : It has been developed a custom software solution connected to brand Facebook page, guest could post status and comments as well as selfie pictures. A tailor made contents filter tools had been developed to decide whether or not accept contents from guest, avoiding embarrassing contents or hidden competitors flood. Finally, using a 10 projectors system onto location perimeter, guests have been surrounded by graphic output.

18 All selfies were displaced on a tridimensional sphere focusing different selfies by a time interval, giving the sense of being inside a brand environment, fully customized with brand graphics; eg.: graphic layout was a 3D MINI cockpit.

21 MINISTRY OF HEALTH EUROPEAN CONVENTION Scenario : Convention took place at Auditorium in 2 separate rooms during 2 days, hosting everyday about 2000 guests and 20 discussion groups on stage talking about several topics Main targets: Give real time informations about all moderators/topics/speakers on stage Create opportunity for moderators to introduce guest comments as topic Profilate guests by data and preferences Report statistics about guest participation and public contribution to event Solution : It has been developed a software/hardware solution layered on wireless connection of location. Solution is composed by: 1) Web application mobile oriented 2) Multidimensional database on central server 3) Real time contents management system 4) Real Time data video rendering connected on main stage direction 5) Doubled backup system Guests could then connect to free wireless and automatically redirected on registration page, once completed registration web app notify all the info requested, for every different group of speakers and topic, guest mobile device tells moderator, topic,current speaker and give the

22 opportunity to express 3 preferences between 8 keywords topic related, more than this, guest can express a comment each session. All this data are collected real time by server system and filtered by custom direction software, to cut out incorrect contents and to display real time data.

23 On main projection all comments are displayed into a customized graphic layout, considering also camera direction and speakers referring material, like powerpoint or videos.

24 By choice of operators video layout can switch from comments to data layout: a 3d real time graphics tells which keywords are more voted for every topic and percentages of professional skills by guest voting, eg. : All of info are displayed in real time animated graphics to be completely intuitive and immediately comprehensible, without taking attention from main activities on stage. During changes on stage another layout was displaying a timeline about results of keywords and preferences for every past topic, giving a full story of event at the end of 2 days.

After event statistics offers an high value statistics report used by our customers for several usages, collecting all preferences by guest ordered and clustered by jobs, age and so on.

27 SKY UPFRONT Scenario : It is the evening event of presentation of schedules SKY to an audience of approximately 900 guests, consisting of clients, advertisers, agencies, media, talent, journalists and opinion leaders. During the evening, through the projection of videos dedicated, new content will be presented in the Sky schedule and a particular attention will be focused on the areas of advertising and marketing. The purpose of the evening is indeed to show the actual difference in quality, innovation and product exclusivity Sky than that offered by the rest of Italian television. Main targets: Underline the difference, the uniqueness of the identity; multiplicity will be the keyword on which to build the communication event. Recognize unicity of guest by making them part of the event, through expression of their preferences and choices Stating the technological quality of Sky network Deliver to guest experience of contents variety, maximizing the concept of It s what you choose

28 Solution: Show will use a tailor made solution able to make stage full interactive by presenter presence, through full motion capture system and interactive web app for guests. All pieces connected to a central audio video direction giving life to event, bringing a unique experience for each guest surrounded by a cinerama setup. Enhance the concept of the difference of the offer, supporting it with customizable and flexible tools, completely realtime and able to actively involve guests: experience offer engaging, transforming the information in the show, and vice versa. At the same time it is a tool that gives a great spectacle the evening. Because the conductor walking can change the audio source, as can direct the course of the video. Thanks to a relationship "physical" with the digitality screen talent moving objects and throws them causing them to enlarge. A model of natural user interface that meets the specific needs of this show and show the use of technology without requiring the knowledge, the magic that works. The show: The evening starts and seems to be an evening of classical, as you would expect, and continues in this way for 5 10 minutes, until the presenter, his back to the audience, spreading her arms and with a flourish collects images on the screen, crumples and throws it away, with lots of rustling sound.

Hence it is conceivable that the use of a mobile / tablet that allows everyone to use their devices to interact, becoming the protagonist. Thanks to a soft and modulated use during the evening, the host may ask, for example, as a kind of on screen menu, from which topic the audience wants to start.

31 At another time we throw comments, obviously filtered by the director, as well as the speaker will ask questions to stimulate interaction with the public, using a tablet directing or even more simply, be the one to send a message to the system that reaches the mobile each guest bidirectionally.
