3 About: Crosswind Project Management Inc. Crosswind Project Management Inc. was established in 1998 to serve the needs of various technical customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. As our company evolved, we stepped into the education and training arena in the local junior colleges and began to grow our curriculum while helping to make a difference in people s lives and careers. When the dot.com and telecom economies were at their peak, Crosswind was offering project management certification training to companies in the Dallas area, as well as the southern United States. During that time, our PMP Exam Success Series was being developed and fine-tuned. Today, our products are some of the most integrated and efficient on the market for project management certification. They are currently used in numerous industries and in various universities, colleges, and PMI chapters in at least 67 countries. At Crosswind Project Management Inc., we have created products for the PMP, CAPM, CBAP and PgMP credentials. Our products include manuals, exam simulation CD-ROMs, placemats, flashcards and audio CDs. Crosswind has been a PMI Global Registered Education Provider (REP) since In that time our staff has been involved in various PMI initiatives including the following: We were the first company worldwide to release material based on both the Third Edition and Fourth Edition PMBOK Guides. We have trained three of the first 22 PgMP s worldwide as part of PMI s PgMP pilot program. We released the first PgMP Exam book worldwide that was authored by an actual PgMP. We delivered courses at PMI Houston, PMI Fort Worth and PMI Taiwan. We have spoke at various PMI Chapter events including PMI Dallas, PMI Fort Worth, PMI Houston, Kansas City PMI, PMI New Orleans and PMI Taiwan. We delivered courses at the 2007 IPMF in Taipei, Taiwan. Our CEO and Founder, Tony Johnson, delivered the Keynote Speech at the 2009 IT Symposium in Bogota, Colombia. Crosswind is also involved in the evolution of Agile Program Management, a cutting edge methodology that allows organizations to handle bigger initiatives more aggressively to deliver results.

4 Tony Johnson, MBA, CSM, PMP, PgMP CEO and Founder Tony Johnson, MBA, CSM, PMP, PgMP has over 20 years of experience in industries such as telecommunications, financial, consulting, hardware, software development, education and manufacturing. He has been a trainer and curriculum developer in technology, electronic commerce and Project Management. An award winning member of Dallas, Texas PMI Chapter, Tony Johnson is a past member of the Chapter s education committee. Mr. Johnson has been the keynote speaker in speaking engagements at PMI Chapters worldwide.
