(2.3 Million dollar budget). for the Improve project management capabilities corporate strategic initiative with a budget of 2.3 Million dollars. This was a very high profile companywide initiative spanning multiple years in length. Ensure projects are planned and executed in compliance with the MMM IT PMO methodology. Develop and maintain all project artifacts as required by the methodology. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements and resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas. Manage project budget and resource allocation. Actively manage assigned projects through meetings, written and verbal communications. Report on all projects in the prescribed manner to identify activities, progress, risks and milestones. Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
