2 Course Lecturer(s) Course Assistants Course Objectives Course Learning Outcomes Course Content The course objective is to teach the fundamental principles and practices associated with each of the agile development methods. A variety of agile methods will be described, but the focus will be on Scrum and Extreme Programming. The students who succeeded in this course; Recognize the significance of Agile Methodologies in software development Compare and contrast the different agile methods Determine the suitability of agile methods for a particular Project Evaluate how well a project is following agile principles, and assist the project to become more agile (where appropriate) Understand the relationship between the customer and the development team in agile projects and the responsibilities of both communities.
