2 Online Degree Completion (ODC) This program is specifically planned to provide students with the opportunity to complete their work toward a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. All major courses are offered online on a periodic basis Program is AACSB accredited Courses are taught by the same faculty who teach on campus.

5 Admission to The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Admission into the ODC program is a two step process. Students must first meet the university requirements for admission as a transfer or re admitted student The student is then able to apply for admission to the Bryan School of Business and Economics Online Bachelors in Business Administration major or pre major University Requirements for Admission: Transfer Students Must have minimum 2.2 cumulative GPA 30 college credit hours that will successfully transfer from a regionally accredited institution Other information available at:

6 Admission to the Bryan School Of Business and Economics BSBA Business Studies Online Major Must have the minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA and at least 60 hours of college credit hours at UNCG or that successfully transfer. The following courses must be completed for formal admission to the Business Studies Online major: ACC 201 & 202, CST 105, ECO 201 & 202, ENG 101, ISM 110, MAT 120. You can begin taking courses as a pre Business Studies Online major If a student does not have 60 hours of transfer credit, the student can be pre admitted to the ODC program and begin to take the courses s/he needs. The following courses must be taken in the Bryan School and will be offered online for ODC students: ECO 250*, ISM *ECO 250 will be accepted in transfer if you are a 2+ student What transfers?:

9 UNCG s Student Support Online students are always welcome on UNCG campus, but are not obligated to come to campus for classes or events. Full time students take 12 to 15 credit hours of coursework each semester. For part time students UNCG recommends 6 hours per semester. UNCG permits a maximum of 64 hours to transfer from community colleges. Additional credit hours may be accepted in transfer from four year universities. UNCG offers several courses online to help fulfill the University s BSBA pre major and General Education Core Requirements. The BSBA Online advisor and the Undergraduate Student Services staff will provide guidance in selecting courses at UNCG and community colleges to help accomplish the 122 hours required to obtain the BSBA. Students have on line access to the libraries of a nationally renowned research university. Career Services are available to online students

10 Important Information to Consider The deadline for priority consideration of an application is March 1 st. Applications to enter in the Fall semester will be accepted until July 15 th. Fall semester classes begin August 22 nd, 2011 and end December 14 th, Spring semester classes begin January 9 th, 2012 and end May 2 nd, Students wishing to begin studies during Summer Session should submit their admissions materials as soon as possible in order to be considered for enrollment in Summer Session courses as a visiting student.
