Tools for Implementation and Initial Professional Development Webinar and Webcast Trainings Live, interactive webinars presented by the program authors and other highly-qualified early childhood consultants are available twice a year for teachers to receive systematic and detailed instruction in program foundation, system components, assessment, and planning. Between webinar sessions, teachers have ample opportunities to practice new concepts. Pacing is based on group assessment of concepts and skills introduced at checkpoints along the way. Recorded Webcasts are available for teachers to access live trainings at their convenience, providing review for returning teachers and support for teachers who enter the classroom after initial implementation. This training tool provides participants two full days of instruction in the program foundation, system components, and navigation of the Teacher Guides, assessment and year-long planning. In addition, video clips allow participants to view master teachers modeling best practices with real students and provide opportunities for immediate discussion, practice, and feedback of the skill covered. 4 for customizing your implementation to meet the learning goals of a variety of audiences and support for assessing understanding and providing additional professional development are built into the Facilitator Guide. This on-site implementation incorporates a combination of multi-media training materials along with personal interactions, modeling, and individualization of instruction.
