It ca be see reasoable staff trag, to promote the overall qualty of employees of eterprses to mprove the effcecy of the trasformato, plays a mportat role the successful trasformato, ad the huma resources maagemet s also the key ca ot be gored to mprove ther ablty ad acheve the trasformato ad upgradg of eterprse. CONCLUSION I ths paper, through the aalyss of the relatoshp betwee resources ad capabltes eterprse trasformato system, we ca see that, eterprse trasformato system the resources ad ablty system s trasformed to each other, recprocal codtos, mutual matchg, oly the reasoable ad effectve combato, to acheve hgh matchg degree, the trasformato of eterprses order to acheve the best effect, ad promote the developmet of eterprse. At the same tme, through the troducto of the dmesoal space pots betwee the cocepts of dstace calculato model of matchg degree of resources ad capabltes of eterprse trasformato system, so as to calculate the resources ad capabltes of eterprse trasformato system betwee the total ad compoet matchg degree ad state of developmet, ad the foud the exstg problems of resource maagemet ad ablty mprovemet of eterprse trasformato system ad puts forward the mprovemet measures a tmely maer, form a good mechasm to solve the problem, to esure effectve eterprse trasformato smoothly, acheve the successful trasformato of eterprses.
