($25.00 for n endorsement nd $35.00 for SAEP) For the SAEP ppliction, the fee should be pid by the district or chrter school. 3. Attch originl trnscript(s) with the relevnt courses highlighted. Originl copies of trnscripts with courses highlighted is preferred. They do not need to be seled in n envelope, but they need to be originls nd on the college/university trnscript pper. Photocopies or trnscripts tht you hve electroniclly received will not be ccepted. We will ccept electronic trnscripts only if they re sent directly from the college/university through trnscript cleringhouse to trnscripts@schools.uth.gov. Trnscripts should be sent before you submit your endorsement ppliction. 4. 2 Choose Content Specific Endorsement nd Complete the Form There re seven science endorsements issued to Eductor Licenses: 1. Biologicl science 4. Environmentl Science 7. Middle Level Science 2. Erth Science 5. Chemistry 3. Physicl Science 6. Physics Locte the correct endorsement box in the following pges, nd use n originl copy of your trnscripts to fill out the corresponding informtion. Once you ve completed the endorsement box, highlight the courses on your trnscript. Mke sure to include the highlighted trnscripts with your endorsement ppliction when you mil it to the USOE. Ech endorsement requires Prxis Exm. Your prxis score must be t or bove the Uth Pssing Score (UPS) to qulify. Ech course requirements must be posted to college/university trnscript, worth 3+ credits, nd hve been pssed with grde of C or better for the course to count towrd your endorsement. Any clsses with C or below will not count towrd your endorsement.
