EEO Commercials Run EEO commercials right immediately after our 5p.m. and 10 p.m. local newscasts throughout the year. These commercials include our website to apply for jobs and request information. Newspaper/Trade Ads Placed advertisement in on line trade web version of Spots n Dots, the most up-to-date, comprehensive, online data resource available for Radio, Television and Cable for professional sales positions available in the broadcast industry. Internet Recruiting The stations post Jobs on-line at the following websites: (where applicable). All on-line ads are directed back to to apply. Internal Posting Job openings are posted at each station and are shared with other stations for a broad distribution. is also used to distribute job openings internally. Internal EEO Management Training -- All Telemundo employees are required to complete courses online such as: Preventing Workplace Harassment, Diversity and Inclusion 2016, Workplace Violence Prevention, Effective Communication, Code of Conduct, Integrity Training, Compliance Standards and Environmental Health and Safety Training. Employees participated in these courses during March and April, Management Skills Training Juan Robles - Chief Photographer, Dex Marquez Operations Manager and Johnny Cordoba- Executive Producer were selected to participate in JUMP training; JUMP is an investment in developing new leadership. A dedicated 12-month training experience for First Time Leaders leadership development course, which is part of the new NBCUniversal Talent Lab, JUMP will equip new managers with the 2

3 tools and resources that needed to become influential and effective leaders. Every new leader is different therefore each JUMP experience will be unique to each manager. Additionally, Aldo Contreras, Marketing Manager participated in a course named INVEST in 2015 which present an overall view of the company to better understand the business. Andrew Deschapelles, VP of Sales, participated in SMU Corporate Executive Development Program in Dallas, TX. A 12 month program from February 2016 through September 2016 in which participants are assigned executive mentors from other Fortune 1000 companies to work on a project with other peers. Career Fairs Career Fair: 2015 Spring Career Fair at in Phoenix, Arizona on October 12, 2015, Kim Caballero (Human Resources Manager) attended the career fair. Attendees were provided information on job openings. They were also provided with our company website where job positions are posted and updated on a regular basis. Our job opportunities information sheet was also handed out to attendees that visited our booth. The event provided access to a diversity of applicants with different backgrounds and experience. In addition, HR Manager provided career coaching and advice pertaining to careers in the broadcasting industry. Career Fair: 2015 NFL Preparatory School Career Day on October 28, 2015 in which Kim Caballero, Human Resources Manager attended and provided career advice and guidance to Junior High students. Career Fair: 2015 Broadcasters Career Fair at East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) in Mesa AZ on May 12, 2016, Virginia Luna (Office Mgr.) attended the career fair. Attendees were provided information about on job openings. They were also provided with our company website where job positions are posted and updated on a regular basis. Our job opportunities information sheet was also handed out to attendees that visited our booth. Convention: National Association of Hispanic Journalists is the largest organization of Latino journalists in the United States. Their mission is to increase the number of Latinos in the newsrooms and also work toward fair and accurate representation of Latinos in news media. News Director Andrea Ospina attended the convention held in Orlando, Florida on September 18-20, 2015 and shared information with attendees on information about job opportunities with KTAZ & KHRR. Community Events Telemundo KTAZ TV-39 and Telemundo KHRR TV-40 are committed to providing information, assistance and support to the communities we serve. Throughout the year, we sponsor events open and free of charge to the public. These events provide information about our stations, including any job openings and career information is also shared with attendees. In addition, these events offer free services such as mammograms, physical checkups (adults & children), book giveaways and others.
