10 Support to Action Cluster The Sherpa Group will strategically lead. The Market Place team provides expertise and the overall organisation. The European Commission will be fully involved in the discussions and actively support through participation, feedback and facilitation of contact points where needed. 13 Existing commitments Main target areas: To develop a multicriterion framework for dealing with sustainability indicators to benchmark cities in the energy, transport and ICT domains To develop and align standards for European energy, mobility and ICT data to enable comparison at local levels To team up with further European cities in the partnership and depending on the demand, run the model based on the cities' baseline. 13
