Your benefits choosing and using them should be easy. Combined with our Healthy Living Rewards resources, they are designed to guide and support you in making smart decisions with your health care all year. 2 What s Changing Highlights Expatriates: New deductibles will apply for health care services received New out-of-pocket limits for health care services received outside the U.S., or in-network inside the U.S. All employees on International Assignment: The maximum per-prescription coinsurance for non-preferred brand-name prescription drugs is increasing What This Means for You Medical Plan Changes Employees working in International Assignment locations will continue to have access to medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage through the Aetna International Health Care Plan. For 2016, Expatriates will have a deductible based on your coverage level. You pay the full cost for health care services until you meet your deductible, which is when the plan then begins to share in the cost. Employees with You only coverage have a lower deductible than employees who elect to cover eligible family members on their plan. If you cover a spouse and/or children, the other coverage deductible applies, and all family members claims go towards meeting the deductible. There is no separate, per individual deductible under the medical plan option. For full details about your plan, including dental coverage, contact a member of the Aetna International Member Service team. The team is available to assist with plan questions 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Call , or visit Information about your plan and pricing will also be reflected on DuPont Connection, starting November 4, The new 2016 deductibles for health care services received by Expatriates are: Outside the U.S. and in-network inside the U.S.: $700 for individual coverage, $1,400 if you cover more than yourself; and Out-of-network inside the U.S.: $2,500 for individual coverage, $4,000 if you cover more than yourself. Additionally, new out-of-pocket limits for health care services received outside the U.S., or in-network inside the U.S., will apply for Expatriates: Individual out-of-pocket maximum: $5,000; Family out-of-pocket maximum: $10,000, limited to $5,000 per any one family member. Prescription Drug Changes Most non-preferred brand name drugs have lower-cost alternatives available. If you choose to use a non-preferred brand name drug, you will continue to pay a 45% coinsurance amount, and the maximum amount you will pay per prescription will be increasing to $250. 5 Other Benefits Changes Highlights The traditional Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) will not be offered in 2016 and will be replaced with a Limited Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for qualified dental and vision expenses Limited Purpose Health Care FSA contributions for 2016 will be set to $0 Employee Life Insurance (ELI) adjustments What This Means for You Limited Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) The Limited Purpose FSA works just like a traditional Health Care FSA, allowing you to contribute up to $2,550 per year on a before-tax basis to a use-it-or-lose-it account. However, with the Limited Purpose Health Care FSA, only qualified dental and vision expenses can be reimbursed. Eligible Limited Purpose Health Care FSA expenses include: Prescribed dental and vision products; Non-cosmetic dental care, orthodontia, eyeglasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery; and Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles under dental and vision plans. Your Health Care FSA contribution amounts from today will not carry forward into You will need to elect a contribution amount during Annual Enrollment on DuPont Connection to participate in the Limited Purpose Health Care FSA in Remember, any unused Limited Purpose Health Care FSA balances at the end of 2016 will be forfeited. Also, you may need to submit receipts to Bank of America to validate all Limited Purpose Health Care FSA claims. You can learn more about the claims submission process by visiting the Bank of America website at Employee Life Insurance (ELI) For 2016, the Company will continue to provide 1x your annual pay in coverage at no cost to you. Age-related rates for supplemental coverage are also not changing. However, ELI Cash or Employee Life Credit (EE Life Credit) for Company-provided coverage will not appear on your paystub in 2016 if you are enrolled in coverage of at least 1x your annual pay. The ELI Cash or Employee Life Credit will appear only if you are enrolled in a coverage amount of less than 1x your annual pay. Additionally, ELI premiums will be deducted on an after-tax basis only. Dependent Care FSA Consider participating in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You can set aside funds on a tax-free basis if you have child-care needs for children under age 13 or for adult day care. There are no changes to this type of tax-savings account for If you elected a Dependent Care FSA in 2015, your contribution election will carry forward if you make no changes during Annual Enrollment. Understanding the Same-Sex Domestic Partners Policy. BeneFlex plans allow only for same-sex domestic partner coverage in states that do not recognize same-sex marriages. The recent recognition of samesex marriages by the states and federal government is consistent with our existing policy. Anyone who is impacted will be notified directly by the Company. What s Changing for

6 What You Pay Highlights For Expatriates, new health care plan premium rates and a new $50 monthly tobacco-user surcharge What This Means for You Tobacco User Surcharge (Applies to Expatriates Only) During Annual Enrollment, all tobacco users should log on to DuPont Connection during Annual Enrollment and complete the enrollment process to update your tobacco user status. Supporting DuPont s new global tobacco-free policy, a $50 monthly surcharge will be added to your 2016 medical premiums if you are a tobacco user. To avoid the surcharge, tobacco users must enroll in a HealthFitness tobacco cessation and health coaching program before December 1, However, if you re a tobacco user and on expatriate assignment, you can avoid the tobacco user surcharge by completing a waiver certifying that you are willing to quit using tobacco, and submitting it to HealthFitness no later than December 31, The waiver was distributed to eligible expatriates in August. New ID Card If you are changing your health plan coverage for 2016 in any way (such as changing dependents), you will receive a new ID card. Healthy Incentive Credit Reward (Applies to Expatriates Only) Expatriates can earn $40 monthly off your 2016 medical premiums when you complete an online Health Assessment and receive a health screening before October 30, Special rules apply to those on International Assignment. You must complete the online Health Assessment by the October 30 deadline, but the health screening and health advising can be completed at any time during the year utilizing the alternative method screening (AMS) process described on the Healthy Living rewards website, administered by HealthFitness, at For most participants who complete the reward requirements and enroll on DuPont Connection during Annual Enrollment, your Healthy Incentive Credit reward will be built into the medical premiums you see. Some who complete the reward requirements during the later part of the earning period will see their credit reward posted on DuPont Connection after November 17, Learn more on the Healthy Living Rewards website at or by connecting through DuPont Connection at What s Changing for

This is a change for some employees paid bi-weekly today, who have their deductions paid from only 24 paychecks, and some paid weekly, who have deductions in only 48 paychecks per year. This summary provides a quick, easy-to-understand outline of your Plan options. DuPont has made every effort to ensure that this accurately reflects the plan documents and contracts. However, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between this guide and those documents or contracts, the documents or contracts will govern.
