3 3 1 college-enterprise cooperation is a common view in vocational education all over the world In Germany, Dual System is supported by national legislation. In Australia, main curriculum design of TAFE college is based on industry standards. In Britain, Modern trainee system is mainly materialized by sandwich course. In the United States, college-enterprise cooperation is quite popular in community colleges. In China, we have the largest vocational education. Higher vocational education has characteristics of both higher education and vocational education.
4 3 2 Enterprise demands is the motive power of Vocational Education development Without enterprise demands, vocational colleges are no longer necessary to exist. Without enterprise support, talent training are no more targeted; Without enterprise participation, the establishment and practice of talent training mode combining enterprise and college education is difficult to emerge.
5 3 2 It creates a real working environment Compared with general education, vocational education distinctively emphasizes practical teaching and ability training. It established training bases off campus based on enterprise workshops and productive teaching bases based on factories in campus. It links between students life and career life.
6 3 2 It provides more advanced course content Enterprises' updating productive practice provides new teaching contents for vocational education. Vocational colleges and enterprises design curriculum together to innovate curriculum system and standards to highlight vocational ability training. Teaching content is based on enterprise production, and meet the requirment of vocational standards. Students will participate in real working projects and learn vocational skills.

Full-time teachers are encouraged to work in enterprise.teachers are alert to convert the latest enterprise practical achievements to teaching contents. China has established a system encouraging vocational education teachers to practice in enterprises.they are required to practice in enterprises for two months every two years.
