Job Description: Clinically supervises residential program of 16 women with young children in day program with up to 30 staff/interns, partners with community agencies to obtain resources for families, manages billing, budgeting, hiring, training, quality assurance, oversight of Medicaid & grant billing, documentation, and contract compliance. Must be adept at conflict resolution, multi-tasking, collaboration and resource management. House of Hope, a nonprofit organization serving Utah families since 1946, currently has six facilities in Salt Lake City and a campus in Provo, Utah, operated by over 100 dedicated clinicians and staff. Our continuum of care includes 4 residential programs for women (including mothers with young children), children s mental health services and outpatient trauma-informed programs for women with substance use disorders and behavioral health issues and their families. 1

This employer participates SUPPORT STAFF (GRAVEYARDS) Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $9.00/hr Hours: Graveyard shift is from 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and includes holidays. This is a part time position (10-20 hours per week). Description: Seeking individuals to supervise overnight activities at our residential substance abuse treatment facility for women and children in Salt Lake City (near the U). Ensures client safety and monitors facility including problem solving, completing reports, maintaining order and generally offering support to residents. We are especially seeking mature, reliable staff with good communication skills who value making a difference in the lives of families in our community. We are willing to train mature and motivated applicants with little or no experience. Please clearly indicate availability (which days you are available) on your application. We are seeking a new team member to join our team by assisting with transporting and monitoring women at appointments (such as doctor visits, court hearings, workforce services, etc.) and helping them fill out applications, understand instructions, and complete goals. Job Description: Driving and supervising women individually or in small groups Completing program errands Helping women feel comfortable at stressful appointments like court or DCFS hearings Keeping records and using basic computer programs Completing other special projects as needed to assist the program 2

This is an excellent opportunity for accelerated training in a fast-paced program, meaningful work that helps strengthen high-risk families, and collaboration with a team that values creativity and direct communication. 3
4 Responsibilities include: Teaching women's groups (curriculum provided) on topics such as addiction education, relapse prevention, self-sufficiency, behavior management, etc. Working individually with women, Linking women with community resources Working with people who require excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence Completing documentation with a high level of computer proficiency and time management Job Requirements: Our ideal candidate would be a hardworking, organized individual with good boundaries, stress management, and assertive communication skills willing and able "to hit the ground running!" Must have good computer skills and a sense of humor. Bachelor's degree required if not already licensed. FOOD SERVICES MANAGER/COOK PROVO Salary Range: $12-15/hr We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, proactive team member who genuinely enjoys cooking and meal preparation and values making a difference in the lives of the residents that we serve. Job Description: The individual in this position is responsible for managing the food services for a women's and children's residential program with the help of an assistant. Planning for and preparing lunch and snacks five days a week for approximately 30 people, supervising a part-time assistant, designing healthy monthly menus for each facility, maintaining a monthly food budget by inventorying, ordering and rotating food staples and supplies as needed, soliciting and reporting on food donations, coordinating food deliveries and shopping, maintaining kitchen and food storage areas in a clean and organized manner following proper sanitation methods for food preparation and storage Hours: per week, between 10 a.m. and -3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Job Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with cooking and kitchen management experience. Must be able to qualify for Serve-safe license and food handler's permit upon hire. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking experience in women's issues or the addiction field in a unique and collaborative environment. Job Description: This clinician will work 5 days a week providing individual and group therapy in compliance with best practices of addiction treatment, utilizing the ASAM model of placement, Medicaid requirements, and therapeutic processes approved by state and federal guidelines including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other strengths-based approaches. This position requires managing a caseload of women in treatment at every level including assessment, treatment planning, treatment review, crisis management, discharge planning, and closure. This clinician will work primarily day-time hours and must be willing to rotate on-call duties with other clinicians. Job Requirements: Candidate must have current Utah license as CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, or LCMHC and must not be employed, interning, or volunteering at another agency that would be a conflict of interest with House of Hope. post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen.
