FINISHED SQUARE T Permit Processing Fee Less than 1,000 square feet. 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet. 6 Sign Permit Fees Sec Construction permit Operating permit PERMIT TYPE The fee for a construction permit shall be $0.60 per square foot for a permanent sign construction permit. The fee for an operating permit shall be $25 plus $0.25 for each square foot or fraction thereof to the sign face in excess of 100 square feet.
