Flat Fee for own Brokerage and Commission For own brokerage and commission a flat fee of 0.4% p.a. of the average of net assets can be arranged. This flat fee replaces our own commissions «Bank Services 1. Transaction Costs and 2. Money Market Investments». The flat fee will be charged together with the management fee and the same discount levels apply. A change from one price model to the other is possible only once a year at the end of a quarter with 3 months notice. Administration Fee None page 2

Fee for Account-Maintenance and Postage As per Bank Services 4.4 Fee for Account-Maintenance and Postage Charges. If net assets exceed CHF or equivalent in foreign currency no fees are debited. Flat Fee for own Brokerage and Commission For own brokerage and commission a flat fee can be arranged. This flat fee replaces our standard price model based on own commissions Bank Services 1. The flat fee as a percentage of the average of net assets is 0.4% p.a. for ADA ARVEST Tailored Tariff I, 0.5% p.a. for ADA ARVEST Tailored Tariff II or 0.6% p.a. for ADA ARVEST Tailored Tariff III. Safe Custody- and Account Management 4.1 Custody Fee 0.20% p.a. calculated on the average portfolio value (min. CHF 120) Foreign custody fees are passed on. The fees are debited at the end of the year, for incomplete annual periods on a pro rata temporis basis. For securities of an affiliated company of the ARVEST-Group and ARVEST funds no custody fees are charged. 4.2 Fee for Numbered- and Pseudonym Accounts CHF 300 p.a. 4.3 Fee for Mail held by Bank CHF 200 p.a. 4.4 Fee for Account Maintenance and Postage Charges Account maintenance per account CHF 40 p.a. Postage as per cost incurred Direct debit at the end of each quarter. 4.5 Special Regulations In case of account relationships without securities transaction or loan facility where total assets at the beginning and at the end of a quarter exceed CHF a flat fee of 0.02% per quarter (min. CHF 50) is levied, calculated on the average value of assets at the beginning and at the end of the period in question. The closing of an account within 12 months after the opening date will result in a penalty fee of 0.10% (min. CHF 500) of the total value of the assets with ARVEST Privatbank AG at the day of closure. page 8

Money Transfers And Securities Delivery 5.1 Cash Deposits and Withdrawals in Foreign Currencies For deposits and withdrawals in foreign currencies in favour or to the debit of an account in the same currency the bank charges the following fees: up to counter value CHF % (min. CHF 50) from CHF to CHF % above CHF % Should the bank incur higher cost than above through third parties there will be no mark up and the client pays only the charges incurred by the bank. Time is calculated on the basis of a quarter of an hour and the fees are calculated according to the qualification needed for the professional execution of the particular task.
