Our Awards Programmes Customer Contact Innovation Awards These prestigious awards provide industry recognition for change programmes and innovations that have delivered significant measurable improvements for employees, customers, business and other stakeholders. All the finalists present at the Forum s annual Customer Strategy and Planning Conference and host Best Practice Site Visits so that members can learn first-hand how they achieved their success. We do not offer any sponsorship opportunities for this awards programme. NEW FOR A Conference and Awards programme for each Professional Forum Each Professional Forum will hold an annual conference and awards programme: UK Planning Conference & Awards, UK Data, Analytics & Insight Conference & Awards and UK Quality & Customer Experience Conference & Awards. The new awards will recognise individual specialists or teams; winners, will share their story at the conference, making these awards a vital part of the annual calendar of learning and best practice. Why are we offering these new awards? Feedback from our members is that while we are great at recognising achievements at an organisational or department level, we do not provide enough recognition at an individual level. These NEW awards recognise the specifics of the role that they do. It recognises an individual who is doing a great job, and how this impacts positively on the wider organisation. So as a Planner or Quality Manager of the Year, for instance, they are compared to their peers, there are no other awards that do this. What is different to other existing industry awards? Other awards celebrate team of the year, manager of the year, support person of the year these cover a whole range of roles including HR, Finance and Training. Our awards compare planners with other planners, or quality specialists with other quality specialists or teams, they are more relevant to the specific role being assessed. These support roles are highly important, we believe that excellence should be recognised and rewarded. 2
