In addition to these class session periods, MEMBA participants will be required to spend a week in a foreign university (Europe, Asia, or America) covering one module based on a selected business theme. 6 Partnerships and International Study Trips Lagos Business School is a founding member and active participant in the Association of African Business Schools (AABS). LBS is also a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). Other associations LBS belongs to include the Global Network for vanced Management (GNAM), the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the Convention on Business Integrity (CBI). 7 Programme Structure and Delivery The programme runs in two academic sessions from September to July. Academic work will be done in 6 modules locally and one foreign module within 24 months. Classes for the Modular EMBA hold one intensive week every two months. During the intensive week, classes will begin at 8.30 a.m. and end at 7.00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays. Classes end earlier by 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Assignments and project work will be interspersed between modules to help you practice what you have learnt and organise your time while away from the classroom. Your consultancy project done in the second year will help integrate your learning by letting you focus on solving real business problems within your organisation LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL 6

9 Admission Requirements To be considered for admission, you will have to meet all the following requirements: Minimum of 5 credit passes including English and Mathematics at the O Level Minimum qualification of a second-class lower degree from a university or if lower and if an HND, a Post-Graduate Diploma from a recognised university would be required Minimum of 7 years post-qualification work experience Competitive GMAT or GRE score, or you will be invited to take the LBS entrance exam. Demonstrated intellectual capacity, professionalism, maturity and effective decision-making and problem-solving potentials during an interview Required Documentations The following documents are to be attached to your online application: Degree certificate (statement of result is applicable) Senior School Leaving Certificate NYSC certificate or exemption letter (For Nigerian applicants only) CV Four passport photographs Company consent Company Organogram showing where you are on the hierarchy Evidence of ability to pay (bank statement or sponsorship letter or pay slip) Three completed references LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL 8

Fees & Financing The fees for the programme are announced at the beginning of each academic year. Please find out the current fees at the Admissions Office. The fees cover tuition, course materials and cost of accommodation abroad*. Successful applicants will have access to financing** opportunities to help finance programme fees. *Cost of accommodation abroad has been included in the fees for the compulsory one week international module. **This will be in form of repayable loans.
