2 Selection process: Candidates for the international scholarship program of Université Paris-Saclay will be selected by the admission panel of Université Paris-Saclay master s program. Only those students contacted by the master s program admissions panel are authorized to complete an application form. No unsolicited application is allowed. Application for the scholarship program: Step 1 : Selected students automatically receive by a link to the online application form they must fill in. Step 2 : Upon receipt of this , the student has 8 days to complete and validate the application form and to provide the names of two referents. Step 3 : The two referents provided by the candidate each receive an with a link to an online recommendation form. They have 8 days to complete and validate this form online. The candidate is automatically informed when each form has been validated. It is the candidate s responsibility to make sure each referent has validated the recommendation forms on time. Step 4 : The file is considered complete when the two recommendation forms have been validated. Important: the candidate will not receive a message stipulating that his file is complete. Step 5 The final decision is the responsabily of a panel of experts of Université Paris-Saclay. The candidates admitted into the scholarship program will be informed by 48 hours after the meeting of the jury. When the student receives the confirmation , he/she will have 8 days to accept or refuse the scholarship. If the student fails to respond within this timeframe, he/she will be considered as having refused the scholarship. Questions / answers I received an admission letter to the master s program. If you are accepted in several master s programs of Université Paris-Saclay, your file may be selected several times. You can, therefore, submit several application forms. 5 Will I receive my scholarship before I leave for France? No, you will receive the first installment of your scholarship approximately six weeks after your arrival in France. You should provide enough money to pay for your housing fees, administration fees, health insurance Which establishment will pay the scholarship? The establishment you are registered in is responsible for paying your scholarship. If I am awarded a scholarship, do I have to pay the registration fees? Yes. The scholarship does not cover the registration fees nor any administration fees linked to entering or living in France. Nor does it cover health and insurance fees.
