4 Definition and Methodology of RPO/Recruiter on site Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a form of business process outsourcing (BPO) where an employer transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider. JLA Recruitment s RPO can provide its own or may assume the company's staff, technology, methodologies and reporting. In all cases, RPO s differs greatly from providers such as staffing companies and contingent/retained search providers in that it assumes ownership of the design and management of the recruitment process and the responsibility of result. As well as building a relationship with the Hiring Managers/Decision makers to understand their exact requirements and knowing the company culture and personality fit. As business picks up, your volume of requests for new hires can skyrocket. Most HR departments simply don't have enough resources or time to cover all of their company's recruiting needs. Using a RPO for your business can lower your cost and reduce time-to-fill while providing consistency and uniformity within your workforce.
