3 Introduction to the selected team Galaxy will be the prime contractor and local project manager for the Brookline network roll-out and will provide retail ISP services upon completion of network. NeoReach will be responsible for designing, deploying and operating the open wholesale wireless network thought out Brookline SkyPilot is provider of the state of the art mesh equipment to be used in Brookline. 3
