2 PECO Energy Company Rate Effects for Typical Customers in Each Major Class APPENDIX E (REVISED) Residential Class Under the Settlement Rates, the monthly residential distribution customer charge will increase $1.32 (or 18.5%) from $7.13 to $8.45'. This increase in the distribution customer charge is in lieu of the Company's proposed monthly distribution customer charge of $12.02, which represents a $4.89 increase (or 68.6%).
