4 1 Overview Our web conferencing system V-CUBE Meeting, V-CUBE Document, V-CUBE Sales & Support uses streaming technology by Flash for video and voice communications. Flash (which starts from client PCs) connects through ports 1935, 80 and 443 in the server. (Port 443 is for data encryption). When our system is used through a proxy server, a delay will occur due to the process of the proxy server. As a result, the quality of the conferencing system will decreased dramatically. Therefore, it is necessary that this communication has a direct access, rather than going through a proxy server. The following are information about specific settings for your network devices and client PCs. Network Devices Setting Please make it possible for the client PCs to connect to port 1935, 80 or 443 for the following communication server domain or IP addresses to open access through the firewall. Only for outgoing connections. Note1. V-CUBE Sales & Support for Salesforce setting is same setting as V-CUBE Sales & Support

13 5 Client PC Browser Settings Please specify the following addresses as exceptions in the browser s proxy settings dialog box.
