4 Directors Edward Bruce Chief Executive Edward worked as a Chartered Surveyor prior to joining Bruce Stevenson in 1996 to specialise in estate/property insurance. He was appointed Managing Director in 2001, taking up his current position of CEO in 2014 and has developed Bruce Stevenson by primarily focusing on areas where it is possible to differentiate and by building the company s expertise and brand as specialists in chosen areas. Bruce Stevenson is one of the founding members of UNA and Edward is also an UNA Director. Andrew Adam Commercial Director Andrew joined Bruce Stevenson in Responsible for the growth of commercial business, Andrew also heads up the social housing team, which is a growing part of the company. With over 35 years experience as an Insurance Broker he has worked across key sectors of the insurance industry throughout his career and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Mark Dallas Financial Director Mark has overall responsibility for Finance, Property, IT and HR. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained at PWC London, and has extensive insurance experience. Mark s career saw him operate at a senior level with Lloyd s brokers prior to returning to Scotland in Mark Richards Private Clients Director Mark is responsible for the private clients department and has extensive experience in the fine art and antiques world, having been Managing Director of Bonhams Scotland and Director of the valuations department. Mark also sits on the Council for the Historic Houses Association Scotland, is a member of the Berwickshire Civic Society and holds a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Derek Skinner Renewable Energy Director Derek has worked in the insurance industry since 1987, initially spending 14 years with a major insurance company. Since then, he has held director roles with leading insurance firms and joined Bruce Stevenson in With extensive knowledge and expertise in arranging commercial and corporate insurance programmes, Derek s recent focus has been within the renewable energy sector, leading Bruce Stevenson to its position as the prominent insurance advisor to this sector in the UK. He holds a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Scott Fairgrieve Broking Director Scott is responsible for the commercial broking and claims teams as well as managing all compliance matters. Scott enjoyed 10 years commercial underwriting experience before joining Bruce Stevenson in Scott holds a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute and sits on the committee for the British Insurance Brokers Association in Scotland and UNA.

8 Renewable Energy In the past 12 months we have strengthened our team to ensure we have the experience and capacity to handle the volume of new projects as well as continuing to advise our existing clients. The team at Bruce Stevenson have now handled more than 1GW of new build renewable energy project finance deals in the past 7 years, with 2015 and 2016 set to be our busiest yet. We act for developers, farmers, landowners, funders and equity partners. The key to our growth has been the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of our team helping us retain our position as the number one insurance advisor to the UK renewable energy industry. We estimate that approximately 20% of our time is spent placing insurance covers. Every year our claims team process around 2000 claims and retain over 95% of clients. The team manages insurers, loss adjusters and third parties on behalf of clients to ensure claims progress swiftly. A number of key insurers have awarded Bruce Stevenson with delegated authority, equipping us with the ability to settle some claims on their behalf. This designation is a testament to the high standard of service and expertise of our claims team. In the last year alone we have handled almost 2000 claims totalling over 7.5m.
