1 Spectrum V6 Extended Plans for United States & Canada (PS-SPV6-US-CAN) Extended Plans Overview In order to keep your Command Alkon Batching system in top working order; we offer a variety of Extended Plans tailored to the options on your system, and the amount of coverage you would like to have. These plans are: - - No PC Replacement - Software Updates and - - Per Call - Moisture Probe This is the plan for producers who want coverage for all parts of the Command Alkon Batching system. Cost of this option is $2,424 per year for producers with EZ-CAL Hardware and not available for Phase I-V Hardware. for this plan includes Software, Hardware and. Software Update Includes - Software s and updates within major versions - Software media shipments upon request - Discounted software update to COMMANDbatch Extended Hardware Includes - Exchanges on non-consumable parts: PC s, system boards, monitors and keyboards (customer returns bad part for credit) - USB Conversion - Includes Moisture Probe Interface Card - Excludes Command Alkon 7102 Moisture Probes and Cables - Excludes printers and bin fill systems - 10% discount on all replacement parts for covered systems Includes PS-SPV6-US-CAN REVJAN Page 1 of 5

Cost of this option is $1,994 per year for producers with EZ-CAL Hardware and not available for Phase I-V Hardware. for this plan includes Software, Hardware and. 3 Software Updates and Software Updates and This is the plan for producers that want to keep their software current and have unlimited access to the Command Alkon Professionals. Cost of this option is $1,354 per year. for this plan includes Software and. Software Update Includes - Software s and updates within major versions - Software media shipments upon request - Discounted software to COMMANDbatch Includes This is the plan for producers that want to take advantage of Command Alkon s 24/7 365 days-a-year phone support without being billed on a per call basis. Cost of this option is $854 per year. for this plan includes. Includes Per Call - Per Call support will be offered at $200 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour - Any hardware required for repairs will be billed at the current price list rate. - Any software s, updates, or defect corrections required will be billed at the current list price for current version of software. 4 Moisture Probes Moisture Probes This coverage is for producers that have Command Alkon Moisture Probes installed and in use at their sites and maintain Priority on their batch system. Cost of coverage is $55 per year for each probe, payable for all probes at a single site. All probes at the same site must be covered and hardware coverage must be maintained on the site batch control. Moisture Probe Includes - Refurbished Command Alkon 7102 Probe - Customer must return defective probe for credit - Excludes probes that have physical damage - Excludes Moisture Probe Cables - Excludes damage due to lightning Notes - All plans exclude Acts of God, vandalism, counter to counter shipping, and on-site labor. - All plans exclude operating system s. - All plans are subject to the most recent Command Alkon Master Terms and Conditions. - For all plans prices do not include duties and taxes. - Once a Batch system has had a lapse in Hardware : o Only systems less than 5 years old have the option to reinstate hardware support. o In order to reinstate coverage an onsite certification must be performed by Command Alkon to verify the system is in good working order, fully functional and correctly installed. The cost of the certification, travel expenses and travel labor will be billed at current rates. o Contact [email protected] for full Batch Hardware Reinstatement. - In the event a third-party application without an authorized Command Alkon interface is found to impact the performance of Command Alkon products, the customer will be responsible for the cost of service time incurred, at Command Alkon s current list rate, and Command Alkon will not be responsible for providing additional support services to the impacted Command Alkon product(s) until such time that the third-party product is removed from the impacted system or integrated through an authorized Command Alkon interface, if available. - is automatically renewed prior to the annual expiration date, unless Command Alkon is notified in writing. - The Terms and Conditions of the Sales, Service and License Agreement are incorporated herein and made a part of this supplement and shall be effective on the date it is accepted by Command Alkon. Effective 4/1/10: Command Alkon Moisture Probes are no longer covered as part of Extended Hardware.
