Asset labels are an easy way of recording and identifying your valuable quipment.they are labels in a wide range of materials and styles, with a permanent adhesive, personalised with name, logo, sequential numbering and then applied to your equipment. It is good practise to keep a register of all your assets in case of theft or fire - and some insurance companies will require proof before settling claims. By labelling all your valuable equipment, Asset Labels will also discourage asset misappropriation, theft and fraud. Protective Clear Laminate Label Material VINYL ASSET LABELS A durable and economical label material suitable for asset and identification labels with a strong adhesive which will adhere to a wide range of surfaces. A clear laminating foil is applied to protect the printed image against abrasion and solvents and also provide heavy duty protection. Supplied on rolls. Protection: All labels have a clear protective lamination (except Ultra Destructible labels) to protect the print from solvents and abrasion. Plus extra strong, permanent adhesive, that will adhere securely to most materials and last for years. Numbering: Consecutive Numbering plus Bar Code is included free of charge. 3 TAMPER EVIDENT VOID LABELS Security label material suitable for asset and identification labels and supplied with an universal adhesive with high initial tack that will bond to most surfaces. If the label is removed the word VOID is left on the surface and on the label itself clearly showing evidence of tampering a theft deterrent that also discourages unauthorised asset transfers. Supplied in strips of 10 labels. SELF SEAL/LAMINATING LABELS Protect important written information such as text/numbering/date with these labels once the overlay is applied any written data cannot be altered. Simply write your text and information on the label - then remove the backing paper of the clear adhesive overlay and press down firmly over the label to protect the written information against tampering, abrasion, grease and chemicals. 4 ID SUPER PLATES FOR SECURE ASSET MARKING Ultra strong acrylic plates fixed with Superglue to provide a bond so strong that any attempt to remove the plate will require the use of tools and result in break up or material damage. Suitable for both plastic and metal surfaces. Can be used on slightly curved surfaces. Your name, sequential numbering and other information are presision engraved deep into the surface of this durable material and cannot be wiped off. A fast-drying superglue GEL (supplied with your order) melts the plate to the equipment. An overlay material is supplied with each order to enable a clean application and no sticky fingers! DISCONTINUED STAINLESS STEEL PLATES 0.5mm thick steel plates with a heavy layer of 3M VHB industrial adhesive - virtually impossible to remove. Your name and sequential numbering are etched into the steel plate and then colour filled. Fix to flat surfaces only. 5 ID MARK The indelible security marking system MARK The indelible security marking system ID MARK is a permanent visual security marking system that can be used with confidence on most plastics and other porous surfaces. ID MARK is a stencil system that comes with a marking compound which enables you to permanently mark most items. It is applied using precision cut stencils produced on high-tech machines that enable volume orders to be produced with ease. Both police and insurance companies recommend permanent security marking and in certain cases can be specified as a condition of cover. ID MARK meets Home Office Guidelines for permanent marking. These special labels are, in fact, precision cut stencils with your own details. The labels are easily applied and then painted with a special UV ink through the cut out stencil lettering. The labels are made from a special acrylate material with industrial adhesive that cannot be removed in one piece. In fact, it will break into small fragments if removal is attempted. Even if the label is forcibly removed, the text will glow visibly when viewed under a UV lamp, as used by the police. Your details cut out in the stencil.
