2 1. WHO WE ARE STUDIO OF ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING AND URBAN PLANNING Specialized in the execution of projects and site management of public and private nature. ORIGIN. FAMILY TRADITION AND PERMANENCE THROUGH TIME This family business tradition starts in the first third of the last century with their granduncle, the builder Federico Fernández González (business model of construction in 1958), which was continued by their father, Federico Pérez Castilla, technical and interior design architect. In 1992, the brothers Federico and Alberto Pérez Parada founded the professional company Pérez Parada Arquitectos. Their sons, who are completing their academic training at university, will compose the forth generation.
