B.Grading and Drainage Several areas of the foundation (see photos) need attention and repair. The foundation cracks could suggest unstable ground beneath the sw corner of the home. Drainage looks to be effective and grade slopes away from all areas of the home. C.Roof Covering (If the roof is inaccessible, report the method used to inspect.) Roof appears less than 8 years old. Some minor curling is occuring on the west side of the roof. D.Roof Structure and Attic (If the attic is inaccessible, report the method used to inspect.) The roof has several areas that show water damage in the attic. One section over the front doo shows a large stain that should be repaired quickly. The insulation under the leak is still damp from the last rain three weeks ago. The integrity of the wall is suspect and needs to be repaired by a licensed contractor. A.Foundations Foundation shows cracks and settling. Problem must be repaired by a licensed contractor. D.Roof Structure and Attic This soffit near the garage shows signs of prolonged water damage and should be replaced. D.Roof Structure and Attic This vent pipe has seperated from the shingles and needs repair. There was evidence of water leakage around this vent in the attic. K.Attic Bathroom vent is not venting outside. This creates a mold problem.
