1 LABINAL POWER SYSTEMS Revision: June 24, 2015 FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR), DOD FAR SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) The following clauses set forth in the FAR and DFARs as in effect on the date of this purchase order are incorporated herein by reference. Where necessary to make the clauses applicable to this purchase order, Contractor shall mean Seller, Contracting Officer shall mean Buyer or the Government whenever appearing in the clauses. If any of the following FAR or DFARS clauses do not apply to a particular purchase order, such clauses are considered to be selfdeleting. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Non-Commercial as per FAR and or Fixed Price Under U.S. Government Contract A. ALL ORDERS Profit Gratuities Price or Fee Adjustment for Illegal or Improper Activity Contractor Employee Whistleblower Rights and Requirement to Inform Employees of whistleblower Rights (Sep 2013) A. This contract and employees working on this contract will be subject to the whistleblower rights and remedies in the pilot program on Contractor employee whistleblower protections established at 41 U.S.C by section 828 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Pub. L ) and FAR B. The contractor shall inform its employees in writing, in the predominant language of the workforce, of employee whistleblower rights and protections under 41 U.S.C. 4712, as described in section of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. C.
