6 Indian Ghar Ka Kanna Rajma Tikki Red kidney cakes stuffed with mango chutney served with yoghurt dip. Tandoori Prawns Golden glazed prawns flavored with lemon grass and galangal, cooked in the tandoor oven, served with mint chutney. Lamb Rogan Josh Lamb curry cooked with onion and tomato flavoured with saffron, served with steamed rice. Naan bread, Chutney, Raita Selection of traditional Indian breads baked in the Tandoor oven accompanied by a variation of Raita and sweet chutneys. 7 Maldivian Kan du Hifun Lime marinated slices of reef fish with mixed leaves and julienne of cucumber. Tuna and potato cakes seasoned with chili and spices then fried on onion, capsicum and mint salad. Maldivian seafood Bouillabaisse Seafood poached in a combination of fresh and dried spices with saffron and tomato. Whole coral fish rubbed with turmeric, cumin, chili, curry leaves and coconut, wrapped in banana leaf and served with white rice. Papadams, chutney, minted yoghurt, chili sambal.
