Establishing a secure download link You will need: Your user name (UserID) the last 1 von 2 with the Registration Password (RPW) Open the "Junos Pulse" software and click "Connect" in the "ZF-SEED-DOWNLOAD" field. Entering the user name and registration password In this dialog box, enter your user name and in the Password field, the registration password (RPW) that was sent by . Upper and lower case is irrelevant when entering the user ID. Do not save the settings. Information window indicating that it is an initial connection which is only set up to download the token seed. Please go ahead by clicking "Proceed" to confirm or terminate the connection by clicking "Decline"

Accessing the ZFNR Self Service Portal Use this link to open your browser or copy the link direct into the address field of your browser. 3. Logon onto the ZFNR Self Service Portal Authenticate yourself in the Self Service Portal using your login information: User name (USER ID) Pin (your token pin) as you use with your soft token Token code* * Token code : Start the "RSA SecureID Token" software from Programs -> ZFNR Use the Copy button to copy the token code Token code: Paste the token code with Ctrl + V Copy Paste Note: Wait max 30 seconds between "Copy" and "Paste" followed by your login The call of the Self Service portal can take up to a minute.

7 4. Net Remote Successfully logged onto ZFNR Self Service Portal 7 Having successfully logged on, follow the instructions in the Self Service Portal 5. Starting the token replacement process When you have started the replacement process, logoff the Service Portal and disconnect the Seed Download connection. 6. Receiving the token replacement Open your s; you should now have received the "ZF Net Remote: token replacement process 2 of 2". Depending on the server and Internet traffic, the sending of may be delayed. 7. Deleting the old Token and its connection thread to Junos Pulse Before you download and activate the new token, the old token and saved settings must be deleted first.

8 8 Deleting the token: Open the software "Start -> All Programs -> ZFNR -> RSA SecurID Token". Click the "Options" button to go to the dialog box where you can delete the token. Confirm you want to delete the token: The acknowledgement that the token was deleted then appears - confirm with OK. Click "No" here. and confirm the information window by clicking on "Close".

9 9 Deleting the saved settings: Please then delete the saved settings in the "Junos Pulse" program. This is performed by clicking "File" "Connections" "Forget Saved Settings". 8.
