1 College of Education Graduate Studies Strategic Plan The College of Education Graduate Studies Strategic Plan was developed with input from the nine Department Heads in the College. Department Heads were provided historical data on programs in their respective departments. They were asked to assess each program in their departments, including certificate programs, in terms of future trends in enrollment. They were also asked to identify factors that have and will likely continue to impact enrollment in specific programs. Finally, they were asked to provide strategies and non-financial resources needed to reach the determined 5-year enrollment projections. Individual meetings were held with the Department Heads to provide them opportunities to further discuss and explain their projected program enrollments. The following table provides data on current enrollment in College of Education graduate programs, projected enrollment in programs for the and academic years, and notes that provide brief rationales for some of the more significant projected changes in enrollments in specific programs.
