Plastic surgery has become accepted over the years. Determine the age groups with a high incidence of plastic surgery, causes of desirable, University environment, most popular plastic surgery in Riyadh and how welling It is desirable and to see improvement and satisfaction after surgery. The present study tested these associations among a sample of prince sultan university female section. Cross-sectional or prevalence survey study Which is a class of research methods that involve observation of all the population. We used questioners to collect the data.we used an online survey By this technique we have done easily distributed through by social network. We used the analysis program "IBM SPSS Statistics "also for data analysis. Our sample is including 104 cases and most of our sample (98.8 %) in age group years and the rest (1.2 % ) more than 45 years and (60 %) of the cases did the plastic surgery because they want to be in a better appearance and (40 %) of them did it for husband and friends satisfaction and the type of the surgery was (50 %) for nose, lips, buttocks and (50 %) was for a combination of all the three surgeries and the university shows an impact in 2/3 of the cases to push them to plastic surgery. The finding that many young women are interested in plastic surgery and six percent of the respondents did the plastic surgery and they were looking for better appearance. Thus we can see the most popular surgery are nose, lips and buttocks in combination. Key word: cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, nose job, Brest job, Lipo suction, Botox, Prince sultan university INTRODUCTION Plastic surgery is usually performed to correct a physical abnormality or to enhance an otherwise normal physical feature and thus improve appearance. Plastic surgery is an extremely broad field that may offer reconstructive surgery for a patient after a damaging burn or other physical trauma, yet can also be used to smooth out wrinkles, enlarge breasts, or reshape a nose. In the not so distant past, Plastic surgery was confined only to surgery which was absolutely necessary to the health and well-being of the patient -- for instance, skin-grafting for serious burns, reconstructing a dislodged eye, repairing a broken nose or jaw, or treating an unseemly birthmark across the face. Plastic surgery was first used regularly after World War I, when treatment and reconstruction of war injuries gave hope to young soldiers. Determine how welling It is desirable for Plastic surgery MATERIAL & METHOD The present study tested these associations among a sample of prince sultan university female section. This type of study is called Cross-sectional or prevalence survey study Which is a class of research methods that involve observation of all of a population, or a representative subset, at one specific point in time. We used a questioners as data collection tool and it covered our objectives and helped us to collect the data from our sample easily, in order to apply the technology on our research we used an online survey by Google docs service which helped us on the data analysis as a safe and proper way. By this technique we created a web link that - easily distributed through s,chat services (whats app, BB, msn) and prince sultan university students websites in addition to a hard copy papers. We used the analysis program "IBM SPSS Statistics "also for data analysis and statistics of our research. RESULTS lists finding on Table - 01 concerning about the age groups of our sample and most of our sample was in age group (98.9%) and few cases were in age group more than 45 (1.1%) and 5.8% of our sample have went through a cosmetic surgery and most of them were looking for better appearance (60%) and the rest was looking for husbanded and friends satisfaction(40%), the type of surgery was distributed between the nose, lips and buttocks in 50% and the other 50% in combination of all of them, 2/3 of our sample think that the university has an strong impact on making the individual going through a cosmetic surgery DISCUSSION We investigated for cosmetic procedures, the research was conducted at female students of Prince Sultan University and put some goals included determining the age of the students and most of the results were between the ages of 20 to 25-year-old and this was indicative of the turnout of young women on cosmetic surgery desirable and this is due to several factors, including: dissatisfaction with physical appearance and obsession with beauty or some of them experienced social or family pressures. Where the young age plays a major factor and the lack of experiences in life and vulnerable cultures exchange. with focusing on globalization and forgotten the impact of modern media of all kinds. We found the school environment in women's universities play an important role in high flow of girls on measures to these surgery where a phenotypic competition between them or draw attention for several reasons is important too. With the return to the results of our research, appeared to us that there are certain types of surgeries desirable scattered among this age group of girls rather than others. The procedures can significantly change the facial regions both locally and globally, altering the appearance, facial features and texture.
