Entertech is currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to ensure that efficient and future scoped software and hardware solutions become part of our growing market offering. You will be required to innovate and invent hardware and software technological platforms that enable various degrees of biometric identity management logic and concepts. Also, you lead our bids for projects, to develop proof of concept work, prototypes, and pilots. Your knowledge of Suprema s hardware and software product line is critical in developing turn-key solutions for our existing and future customers. You should understand relational database concepts and design fundamentals in order to develop functional storage solutions for our software solution offering and will be required to improve our existing storage frameworks through use of best practices. You will improve our existing and future software framework architecture by delivering concise and well documented process strategies including but not limited to UML and Process flow diagrams in order for our development teams to efficiently execute strategic development sprints. You should be familiar with the biometric access control and time and attendance fundamentals and should have strong background and work experience in the development and implementation of these systems including a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as well as support procedures and being able to change management policies should be well within your capable ability. Your experience and implementation of IoT, M2M, Biometric, Storage & cloud based solutions should be proven and effective as Entertech aims to become a market

2 leader in all aspects of the above and require you to ensure the effective implementation of these technologies within the Entertech solutions ecosystem. Lastly, you will lead the research and development effort of new products and services for the future for biometric and identity management systems Job Description You will be required to undertake many different development and management opportunities. Development projects include: 1. Collect and document users' requirements to develop functional storage solutions for our software solution offering and will be required to improve our existing storage frameworks through use of best practices; 2. Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop, and generate new concepts for products and services that meet Entertech Systems goal of bringing biometric identity management to Educational, Medical, Government and Enterprise organisations and that you aim to create channels for new customers and sponsors; 3. Develop data, process and network models to optimize and improve our existing and future software framework architecture by delivering concise and well documented process strategies including and not limited to UML and Process flow diagrams in order for our development teams to efficiently execute strategic development sprints; 4. Plan, design, coordinate the development, installation, integration, innovation and invention of hardware and software technological platforms that enable various degrees of biometric identity management logic and concepts; 5. Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures and update management policies to optimize our existing processes and polices in order to increase productivity within the aforementioned lines of business; and 6. Lead bids for project funds, or investments, to develop proof of concept software, integrated information systems, models, prototypes, and pilots. This quality requires a well-honed technical pre-sales skillset and helps to both drive sales, confidence and future business ventures forward. Role Requirements (Essential) 8 years of broad-based development experience (emphasis on.net), including experience with some or all of the following: consulting; Suprema Biometric hardware & software understanding; Suprema BioMini SDK platform; Suprema RealScan & RealScan Extended SDK platform; Suprema BioStar 1.X SDK platform; Suprema BioStar 2.0 SDK platform; Suprema BioStar 2.0 REST API SDK platform; Project Management and Development Team Management; Technical Pre-Sales; Technical and Sales Training; Project management, Team Leadership and mentoring; SQL Server and MySQL; Significant architectural design and application development; integrating disparate systems; Biometrics technology and its respective ecosystem; Business process/workflow analysis; Microsoft Windows IoT/UWP; MQTT / Zigbee / Beacon protocol; Raspberry pi 2 & WindowsOnDevices; and SOA Design and Implementation; Excellent.NET development skills (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Data); Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC); Proven ability to negotiate project scope and deliverables; Understanding of network infrastructure and security; Able to positively manage customer interactions with confidence; and Other beneficial qualities, but not essential, include: Xamarin experience, and Linux/Unix based operating systems.
