Fully supported by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, the 11 th AHSC 2016 theme will be Optimising Allied Health Professionals For Healthcare Transformation. Focus Areas of the conference includes: The way forward and team approach by medical and healthcare professionals The expertise of the Allied Health Professionals in clinical, laboratory and public health for better medical and healthcare Clinical areas of Cardiology, Orthopaedic, Paediatric, Oncology and Elective Surgery Non-communicable diseases and its challenges Medical Tourism - Customise care for optimum outcome Allied Health Professions Act - Legislation to practise AHSC is held bi-annually and with more than 600 delegates attended the previous conference. This year we aim to make it bigger and better with the support of the industry. Our honourable Minister of Health Malaysia has been invited to officiate this distinguished event. 6 11 TH AHSC 2016 SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS Benefit and terms Upon signing and returning of the Sponsorship Agreement Form, Sponsor benefits related to printed materials are based on the sponsor meeting printing and production deadlines. The sponsor main contact person will receive all forms pertinent to your sponsorship and will be responsible for completing and returning them in a timely manner. Payment terms Upon receipt of the signed Sponsorship Agreement Form, the sponsor will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Full payment is to be made before 8 August Cancellation Policy Sponsor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel sponsorship must be provided in writing. Cancellation of sponsorship within forty-five (45) days prior to event is subject to 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of sponsored event. Sponsor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on sponsorship as per this agreement.
