We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high quality project outcomes on time and within budget and to assist in promoting and building excellent relationships with clients.

2 Your responsibilities will include: Deliver quality projects outcomes on time and within budget. Liaise with clients on all aspects of the project. Determine all requirements for successful project delivery and provide a realistic project plan and schedule. Assemble a project team and organise a formal project kick-off ensuring the team understands the project objectives and can help determine the most efficient execution to deliver the required outcomes. Manage budgets and all costs associated with the project. Provide accurate progress reporting against approved plans. Proactively highlight risks and see their resolution through to completion. Actively manage client participation in the project and secure client sign-offs. Seek authorisation for any changes impacting the scope, budget or duration. Review the project performance on completion of the project and provide recommendations on improvements. Assist the Business Development team with project management related tasks.

3 Use and promote best practice project management methodologies & tools to deliver superior project outcomes. The successful applicant will come to us with: A relevant University qualification in ICT or a related field (highly desirable). Formal project management qualifications/certification Experience in the management of the delivery of IT solutions. Minimum of 3 years project management experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, including strong time management, prioritisation and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of current project management methodologies. Experience with the application of Scrum to the development of line of business solutions. A Certified ScrumMaster would be highly desirable. Experience and effective use of Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) to support Agile development. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, and work collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals. Experience with software development projects using Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM is highly desirable Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others.
