10 Visiting Nurse Service of New York Visiting Nurse Service of New York, founded in 1893, is the largest not-for-profit home health care organization in the country and provides services in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island, and Nassau and Westchester counties.
