The workshop: Identifies needs, questions, and/or concerns of team members through safe and confidential methodology Facilitates connections and understanding between team members and new leader Puts to rest false assumptions and any misinformation regarding leader Provides high-level road map for new leader to effectively work with individual staff members and overall team 15
