OS Version iphone or ipad models Browser ios ios 6 or higher iphone /ipad /ipad mini Safari Prime version Cyber Conference System Prime Ver.1.10 or xsync Prime Collaboration Ver2.00 *AppleID required downloading CCS for ios from Apple store. *iphone,ipad and Multi-Touch are Apple s trademarks. *Cisco has agree to license the ios trademark to Apple for use as the name of Apple s operation system for iphone, ipod touch and ipad. *In Japan, Aiphone Ltd has agree to license iphone trademark to Apple for use as the name of Apple s mobile phone

2 Download from App store and Install. Download PRIME APP from App store and install it. 1. App Store on home screen. 2. Input xsyncprime on search box of App store, and search it. xsyncprime 3.Select xsync Prime. xsync Prime PioneerVC Corporation 4. and after reading Licence Agreement, xsync Prime PioneerVC Corporation 5.Go back to Home screen after finishing Installation.And Check there is the icon of PRIME. There is License Agreement as follows. Register CCS server address in PRIME APP. Register CCS server address in PRIME APP only at just the first time. 1. PRIME on home screen. 2.Enter xsync Prime server address and tap OK. The URL depends on user's environment

3 Hold a conference / Join a conference Hold a conference 1. PRIME on home screen. 2.The Login screen opens. Enter the user ID and password and tap Login. 3. Start tub and tap Start a conference. 4.Start a conference screen opens. Start a conference. Start a conference screen Note: You may change Conference Key here. 5. PRIME APP starts up completely. 6. and tap Connection Information. 7.Connection Information panel opens. Check Conference Number and Conference Key, and let your participants know them. * Done to close this panel. 8. Wait for all participants to arrive

4 Hold a conference / Join a conference Join a conference which was invited by host. 1. PRIME on home screen. 2.The Login screen opens. Enter the user ID and password and tap Login. 3. Today s Conf tub. A conference which was invited by host is displayed on Today s Conferences. it. 4.Connect screen opens, and Connect. 5. PRIME APP starts up completely. Wait for all participants to arrive

Enter the user ID and password and tap Login. 3.Participate screen opens. Input Conference Number and Conference Key, and Connect. 4. PRIME APP starts up completely. Wait for all participants to arrive. About operation in a meeting Operation of PRIME APP is as follows. Turn on your microphone. The conference application came up with your microphone mute. Turning on your microphone is as follows. and tap Mic on.so, Turned on your microphone. Note:Audio level indicator lights up to talk to a participant

6 About operation in a meeting Turn on Mic Boost If your voice is too low to make out clearly, Turning on Mic Boost solves this problem. In addition to this, Recommend some people join a conference over Turning on Mic Boost is as follows. Attention:If your ios is ver.8.3, a slider isn t on Mic Boost Panel. and Mic Boost. Mic Boost windows appears. Move the slider toward right and click OK.Your mic volume became bigger. Turn on your camera The conference application came up without camera image.turning on your camera is as follows. and Camera on. Switching camera ipad or iphone has front-facing camera and rear-facing camera. Front-facing camera came up to turn on the camera. Switching rear-facing camera is as follows. and tap Switch Camera

When there are 3 or more people in your conference, Switching camera monitor is as follows. Option1:Flick on another participant s monitor. *What s Flick? =>a quick finger movement across an iphone or ipad screen. another participant s monitor. Flick my monitor Option2: Press and hold on another participant s monitor, Select Display Site appears. Then,select user name and click Done button. Press and hold on the monitor. Hiding Camera windows Camera windows is at the right lower side on the shared date. Hiding camera windows is as follows. a camera window. Your camera windows are hidden. to be back again. it

8 About operation in a meeting Maximized the camera monitor size You can use like a TV conference system by maximizing a camera monitor size. Maximizing the camera monitor size is as follows. Double-tap another participant s camera monitor, and that will expand. Double-tap the maximized monitor, and return it back to the default size. Double-tap it Double-tap it Note:Take a look at P.7 as how to switch another camera monitor. Point out on the shared date You can point out on the shared date with Finger Mode. Using Finger Mode is as follows. and tap Finger Mode ON. Touch a part of the shared date, and a circle appears. you can point out with a circle

9 About operation in a meeting Share a photo that you took by ipad or iphone There are 2 ways of sharing a photo that you took by ipad or iphone. Option1:Share a photo that was saved in Photo Library. Option2:Share a photo that was taken with iphone or ipad. Attention: Someone join your conference from PC to to send a photo with ipad or iphone. (You can not share a photo when all user join your conference with iphone or ipad,) Option1:Share a photo that was saved in Photo Library and tap Photo Library. And then, select Camera roll or My photo Stream. 1-2.Select a photo that you d like to share, and tap Use. * Reselect to reselect a photo Start sharing your photo. The message Sending has finished appears to send your photo completely, and tap OK

10 About operation in a meeting Option2:Share a photo that was taken with iphone or ipad and tap Camera. And then, Take a photo. The camera starts up Taking a photo 2-2. Use to share a photo that you took now. * Reselect to reselect a photo Start sharing your photo. The message Sending has finished appears to send your photo completely, and tap OK. Check participants Look at All Sites to check who join in the conference. Opening All sites is as follows. and tap All Sites.And then All site panel opens. * Done to close this window

Opening Connection Information panel is as follows. and tap Connection Information. And then Connection Information panel opens. * Done to close this window. 12 Setting various functions of a PRIME App. Various function of PRIME App are set in Settings. 1. Settings icon on the home screen of ios. 2. Prime Change a setting which you would like to change. Content of Setting as PRIME App Settings GENERAL Up Bandwidth Down Bandwidth Echo Cancel Save Proxy Account Upload Quality Content Choose one out of the number. 128kbps/256kbps/512kbps/1Mbps/2Mbs (Initial value:512kbps) Choose one out of the number. 128kbps/256kbps/512kbps/1Mbps/2Mbs (Initial value:1mbps) Setting of turning on or off as software Echo Cancel function Setting of saving ID and password as proxy authorization. *Setting of On is recommended, because If OFF, you may required to login to proxy authorization when the data communication circuit becomes abnormal by any chance, and the data communication is interrupted. Setting of upload quality as sending photo date. Choose one of Normal or High. (Initial value:normal) VIDEO Resolution FPS Setting of Web camera resolution. Choose one of QVGA or VGA. (Initial value:qvga) Setting of frame frequency per second. Choose one of the number. 1FPS / 2FPS / 5FPS (Initial value:5fps)
