You accelerate down the concrete runway at 150mph. Then you are thrown into the air, accelerated to 550mph and taken to 30,000 feet above planet Earth. 8 ADVICE ON RINCE2 & IMROVING ROJECT ERFORMANCE rince2 has done much to raise the standards of roject Management and we support its use in the industry. However rince2 is only a methodology. In broad terms it tells you what to do to manage your project, who should do it and when it should be done during the project s life cycle.
