If anything is in conflict with the policy document then your policy will prevail. Description of Cover This policy insures motor vehicles owned by you or hired or leased or loaned to you Employees own vehicles are excluded unless otherwise stated Unless specifically agreed by the insurer, the policy covers only UK registered vehicles Cover Legal liability for death of or injury to third parties or damage to third party property Loss of or damage to insured vehicles caused by fire, theft, accidental or malicious means Windscreen/glass breakage or damage suffered by insured vehicles Driving By any person who has your permission provided they hold a valid driving licence or have held and are not disqualified from holding such a licence (other than in circumstances where a licence is not required by law) Limitation of Use Social, domestic and pleasure and in connection with your business or activities N.B. The only business use covered is that related to your business as defined in the policy. Use by authorised drivers for any occupation (including part time occupations) other than in connection with your business is not covered unless special provision is made Excess Each and eve ry loss in respect of: Accidental Damage 250 Fire 250 Theft 250 Windscreen repair 250 Windscreen replacement N/A N.B. Additional excesses usually applied to young and/or inexperienced drivers are waived unless specifically mentioned.

4 Territorial Limits Great Britain Northern Ireland the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands Any member country of the European Union Any other country that has agreed to follow European Union Motor Directives and is approved by the Commission of the European Union (as shown in your Certificate of Motor Insurance). Full policy cover is provided within the EU and Agreement countries without the need for reference to the insurer. Requests for cover in any other countries must be made to your insurer prior to the trip Principal Conditions Declaration and premium adjustment - the policy is adjustable on an annual basis, with premiums for vehicles added or deleted calculated at 50% of annual rates Other insurances indemnity provided under other policies (waived in respect of Occasional Business Use Extension) Reasonable Precautions Claims Cancellation Clause Arbitration Procedure Insurer s Rights of Recovery Motor Insurance Database submission requirement (see section below) Choice of Law The contract is subject to the relevant law of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. If there is any dispute as to which law applies it shall be English law and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts Warranties and expressed Conditions Precedent None
