1 Licence Protection by Forster Dean Terms and Conditions of Use Definitions 1. In these terms and conditions the following expressions shall be defined as follows: a. The User the person who has the benefit of the Website and who has registered to use the same b. Forster Dean means Forster Dean Limited Solicitors (Forster Dean) of Devonshire House, Devonshire Square, Runcorn, WA7 1AW c. The terms we and us shall mean Forster Dean. General 2. The websites and herein after commonly referred to as ( the Website) are provided by Forster Dean 3. These terms and conditions apply only to the provision of information pertaining to Licence Protection and only through the Website. They do not apply to the provision of the advice and representation services nor to any separate legal services offered by or through Forster Dean or any of the other similar services offered by Forster Dean. In the event that you instruct Forster Dean to act for you in relation to any legal matters, then a separate client care letter and terms and conditions in respect of that legal advice or representation will be issued to you and will apply in relation to those instructions. 4. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Website. All users of the Website should ensure that they read and understand these terms and conditions prior to using the Website 5. As a User you will have the benefit of discounted fees when instructing Forster Dean. This discount will be in the form of 20% off our standard fees for advice and or representation in connection with a motoring offence only. Fees exclude VAT, Disbursements and third party costs. 5 Free Legal Advice 24. Free Initial Legal Advice is limited to a maximum of 60 minutes for a single matter which is in direct regard to one of the following matters ONLY a. Drink Driving; b. Drug Driving; c. Dangerous Driving; d. Careless Driving; e. Totting Up; f. Speeding; g. Failure to provide a specimen; h. Failing to stop or report an accident; i. Failure to furnish information; j. Driving with no insurance; k. New drivers and licence revocation; l. Taxi driver related motoring offences; m. Special Reasons. 25. We reserve the right to decline to provide free initial advice if we believe, based on the facts which You tell us, there is no legal merit in defending, appealing or otherwise pursuing your enquiry 26. We do not provide free advice in regard to enquiries which fall outside of those areas listed within 24 above, save at our absolute discretion. Newsletter 27.
